EOSINT M 270 builds metal parts using Direct Metal Laser-Sintering (DMLS). The technology fuses metal powder into a solid part by melting it locally using a focussed laser beam. The parts are built up additively layer by layer. Even highly complex geometries are created directly from 3D CAD data, fully automatically, in just a few hours and without any tooling. It is a net-shape process, producing parts with high accuracy and detail resolution, good surface quality and excellent mechanical properties.

The EOSINT S 750 is the only double laser-sintering system world-wide for the processing of Croning moulding material. Using the DirectCast method, the system builds cores and moulds for sand casting. Directly from CAD data, fully automatically, with a building speed of up to 2,500 cm3/h (0.09 ft3/h.) and without any tooling. Sand parts of any complexity are built layer by layer, with high accuracy, detail resolution and surface quality. The maximum part size adds up to 720 mm x 380 mm x 380 mm (28.4 x 15 x 15 in.). The resulting cores or core packages are realized with significant savings in time and costs compared to conventional technologies. Usually they also consist of less parts which are thus assembled faster and more precisely.

There is a clear trend towards automations, and additionally beside of the successful standards even to customized system solutions for the special demands of our customers from all over the world. The export share is over 60%. High-precision marking, often combined with the European hygiene standards as it is often the case in the pharmaceutical supply industry, are the key tasks for the tampon printing at TAMPOPRINT AG.
The ALFALAS laser systems are a complement to the tampon printing and one cannot imagine the modern marking processes without them. Whether day and night design in the automotive or telecommunication industries, wood grain design or marking of spare parts. There are often machine lines which represent a symbiosis of both marking technologies.
The perishability of the modern industrial design and individually adapted workpieces require a just-in-time production with a low number of pieces and this will well accommodate the laser marking.

VisionGauge® OnLine LASER profiling systems are complete hardware & software solution for fast, easy and accurate 3D measurements. These systems use fully-automated LASER profiling to carry out thickness measurements. With VisionGauge® OnLine LASER profiling measurement tools, Z-axis measurements can typically be carried out as quickly as regular (X,Y) measurements.
VisionGauge® OnLine LASER profiling systems have no a priori restrictions regarding the part geometry and they can deal with a wide range of 3D geometries.
VisionGauge® OnLine’s LASER Profiling tool is compatible with various 3D geometries.
LASER Profiling involves projecting one or multiple LASER lines at a specified angle relative to the optical centerline. You can then carry out height / depth measurements (i.e. 3D measurements) by measuring the offset of the projections on a (2D) image.

Construction grade control and site positioning systems utilizing GPS can use a conventional base station such as the Trimble MS750 set up within about 20 km (13 miles). A single base station can be used by any number of grade control or GPS site positioning systems at one time.
The base station is typically installed at a fixed or semi-permanent location, such as the roof of the site office. It consists of a GPS receiver, GPS antenna, radio and radio antenna.
The Trimble® MS750TM GPS receiver is designed specifically for the tough mining and construction site environment. This ruggedized, dual-frequency RTK receiver outputs corrections with the shortest delay (lowest latency). The modular design, where the radio, radio antenna, GPS receiver, and GPS antenna are separate, provides the customer with many benefits. The GPS antenna can be mounted where the GPS signal is clearest, and the radio antenna can be mounted high, giving the customer broader area coverage with their radio. It also gives the customer security, in that only their antennas are left outside the site trailer, vehicle, or vessel. The expensive GPS receiver and radio are left locked up inside. The MS750 receiver has a front panel display and keyboard, making it easy to configure and start each day, without the need for a specialist controller or software.
The Trimble Zephyr Geodetic dual frequency GPS antenna has a permanent ground plane and has "stealth" technology to reduce the reception of multiple reflected signals (multipath).
The data radio sends GPS information from the base station to the GPS receiver being used as part of a grade control system or site positioning system.

Trimble Site Positioning Systems give site foremen, supervisors, grade checkers and site engineers the tools they need to help run machines on site, reduce downtime and resolve issues as they arise-without office assistance.
Central to the system is your positioning sensor hardware. You can use either GPS or total stations. These can be combined with the Trimble SCS900 Site Controller Software developed specifically for construction applications.
With Trimble Site Positioning Systems, you will simplify your operations, increase your efficiency in the field, and minimize your downtime at every stage of the project.

-Adjustable accuracy bandwidths and distinct modes for specific applications and equipment provide flexibility to meet the machine needs and the accuracy requirements of the job.
-Selectable "on-grade" location and accuracy indicators provide improved efficiency and allow customization of the receiver to each unique application.
-Rugged, waterproof magnesium housing withstands tough jobsite conditions.
-Powered using its own battery or using the machine's battery.
Applications:
Site prep
Building pads
Sewage and storm drains
Landfill sites
Balancing materials

The LAP SERVOLASER is a flexible laser positioning system with fixed and movable line laser modules.
In most applications, SERVOLASER project two parallel lines in vapying positions, controlled by product specifications. These two lines can move symmetrical in relation to a third, fixed centerline, or independently. The laser line modules are placed at the required positions by instructions of PC or PLC. SERVOLASER can be directly connected to PC or PLC by parallel port or interfaces (Ethernet UDP, Profibus DP).
Changes during production are foolproof because of product-specific line positions: no movement by hand, no optical markers, no measuring efforts. Just type in product code, that's it !
LAP SERVOLASER can be combinations of one or two movable lasers with one or two fixed lasers. Customized versions are available on request.
