Fault coverage and return on investment, two major factors affecting the choice of a test system in today's competitive markets.
Combine these with the flexibility to adapt as technology advances and you have the blueprint for the most desirable test system on the market.
From board to program - the solution
PinPoint II 14 slot, has been engineered to meet these criteria. It is the fastest, most economical functional test workstation available, giving the best return on investment in the industry whether configured for diagnostics or functional test.
PinPoint II has, in its high specification and modular design, the stride and flexibility to keep one step ahead of the fast evolving electronics market. It is equally well suited to `one-offs' as it is to production quantities and the combination of test technologies within the one powerful environment provides the key to the diverse range of applications the system is suited to. In-circuit functional test of both analog and digital components, edge card functional, VI analysis, boundary scan, PXI test and schematic reverse engineering can all be included in the same test platform. Flexibility extends further into the interfacing of the tester to the unit under test. The PinPoint II has been developed to adapt to the needs of the customer - clips, probes, edge connectors and bed-of-nails fixtures can all be used.

Complete mobile systems can be trailer or truck mounted. This is a general purpose type prover presently being used in the gas and petroleum industries. It could be adapted or modified for use in other industries as well. A range of sizes, up to 1500 gallons, can be produced.
An example of a trailer mounted prover is the 100 Gallon Volumetric Liquified Petroleum Gas Prover. This prover is in use by a State Bureau for the purpose of accurately measuring and checking flow meters and gauges. It is mounted on a trailer for maximum mobility and convenience for transporting the unit to inside or outside mounted meters. It can be used to check meters measuring LP (liquid petroleum gas) being loaded into the truck and or those meters measuring the gas as it is dispensed from the vehicle.
Any standard, or custom measures, or provers can be trailer or truck mounted to your specifications and for all industries whether it's for in-yard or over-the-road purposes.
Custom trailers meet all I.C.C. regulations. They can be equipped with brakes and can be leveled by jack screws or hydraulic jacks. Dual axles are available where required.
Benefits of the CMS Prover Systems are directed towards manpower and human resource savings which provide increased productivity, safety, visibility and ease of operation. Added results, improved customer relations.

Hydraulic pressure testing system that monitors and diagnoses fluid systems in a snap. Snap-Check enables machinery manufacturers to test system pressure quickly, easily, and leak-free. In the case of larger equipment, Snap-Check enables system pressure to be checked both after it is assembled at the factory and following reassembly at customer locations. The low-profile system identifies operating pressure and surges, without the need for a permanently installed gauge or transducer.
Requiring only one hand for connection and disconnection, CEJN Series 358 couplings and nipples make up the most user-friendly pressure testing system available. The Snap-Check system offers:
- Working pressures up to 60 MPa
- Smooth operation in temperatures from -40° F to +212° F
- Standard red plastic dust caps or optional metal screw-on caps that keep the system clean and free from grit and dirt when not in use
- Variety of thread configurations, including NPT, BSP, BSPT, metric, and SAE
- Long-lasting, reliable, test-port fittings and couplings for numerous applications, such as mobile hydraulic off-road equipment
Snap-Check liquid-filled pressures gauges are available in a wide variety of sizes and pressure ranges.
