The AC 530-F convinces our customers in working processes by state-of-the-art control-, drive- and measuring technologies. The AC 530 can be delivered as Fine Grinding, lapping- or polishing machine according to our customer’s requirements.
The AC 530 of the microLine range is a development by Peter Wolters incorporating latest innovations and enhanced features for even more applications. The AC 530 sets standards in fine surface planarization and comes with every advantage of it’s larger sister models of the microLineÒ range. This includes various available levels of automation solutions as well as drives and full wheel cooling options. The machine capacity could also be increased by 15 % through the larger wheel diameters – compared to our AC 500. This delivers additional opportunities for our customers to compete in their markets and to gain higher profits. A lower Cost of Ownership level is provided for through extended service intervals.
In the range of Glass Fine Grinding Peter Wolters machines convince especially in:
· up to 1000 µm/min cut-rate
· extremely high workpiece throughput
· extreme cost saving
· low cost per workpiece
· low contamination problems
· ready-to-polish grinding quality

Fully automated industrial finishing of organic lenses: Polycarbonate, CR39 and High index Allows to process lenses with smaller B measurement. Available with or without drilling.
|
|
High precision laser engraving system for marking ophthalmic progressive lenses. The CO2 laser system is prepared to engrave semi-visible markings on organic lenses. Marks convex and concave surfaces. Desktop system.
|
|
The Centromatic machines center and edge lenses of 10 to 300 mm in diameter – fast, reliable and precise.
The complementary tool geometry permits processing of complex lens shapes (i.e. not-rotatory symmetric contours as well as not round shapes) without tool change – with two spindles (option) even faster.
The Centromatic grows with your demands, extension is easy, because of the modular construction.

The G-System is the innovative machine design concept enabling to choose the version that meets your specific demands.
Because of its flexible kinematics the G-System machines can process spheres, aspheres, prisms and cylinders.
Two base models are available for different working ranges and applications. The GI processes lenses Ø 40 – 500 mm and prisms with a maximum eveloping circle of 310 mm. The GII processes lenses Ø 20 – 120 mm. Both versions can be equipped with 1 or 2 tool/workpiece spindles, automatic loading system and automatic tool changer. Process steps available are pre- and fine generating, edging, two-side complete processing. The processing methods are: aspherical processing with tool lip or tool cylinder, shapes and centering with tool lip or tool cylinder and single or bath prism production.

|
Efficient production of spheres, aspheres and more.
Application:
After the very successful LOH Spheronorm 50-and 120-series, Satisloh engineers now developed the next generation platform for the production of lenses and more up to 60 mm in diameter, or even higher depending on the lens design. SPM 60 and SPS 60 stand for an innovative, modular system platform, enabling application specific grinder and polisher variants.
The revolutionary 360° multi-functional swivel head with 2-tool spindle technology, the ultra-compact polymer concrete base, and the large working range of the inductive linear axis motor result in a new level of performance in working speed, performance and process stability.
