Using the latest, patented pump technology, Hayward's Series R all-plastic, corrosion resistant pumps will stand up to the most aggressive, demanding industrial and commercial applications year in and year out. From the heavy duty, thick wall, glass reinforced polypropylene or ETFE pump body construction, to the rugged epoxy painted motors, there is simply no better mag drive plastic pump available anywhere. And Hayward backs every one of its Webster mag drive pumps with an extended two year warranty.
With horsepower ratings from 1/3 to 5 HP, applications requiring flow rates from 5 to 140 GPM and with maximum total dynamic head discharges up to 141 feet, you will find a Webster Magnetic Drive Pump to meet your requirements. And because the process media never contacts metal, there is never a danger of pump failure due to rust or corrosion. Because they are magnetically driven, they have no seals, thus no emissions, leaks or expensive seal replacements.

TopGear MAG - Protecting your future
TopGear MAG is a range of leak-proof internal gear pumps for low and high viscous liquids which are corrosive, toxic, aggressive or expensive.
Total containment of the liquid inside the pump is achieved using a hermetically sealed can, which isolates the liquid from the surrounding environment. This eliminates the need for shaft seals and the associated wear and leakage that would normally be experienced. The Magnetic Drive pumps are therefore not only environmentally friendly – they also contribute to improved safety in chemical and process plant environments.
Complying amongst others with the “ATEX” (ATmospheres EXplosibles) directive, magnetic drive pumps make an important contribution to health and safety on process plants.
TopGear MAG provides environmental, human, legal and economical protection - |

| The Universal Mag Drive is the ideal sealing technology for critical liquid containment applications within Viking’s Universal Seal product line. It is dimensionally interchangeable with Viking's Heavy Duty bracketed and Universal Seal pumps, allowing for easy upgrade from packed or mechanical seals to sealless technology. The Universal Mag Drive’s hermetic, static sealed canister provides the highest level of liquid containment available by eliminating traditional dynamic shaft seals. It also eliminates housekeeping issues and downtime due to seal failure. This product is designed to handle a broad range of applications requiring continuous duty at pressures up to 200 PSI (14 Bar). |
|
KRAL pumps with magnetic coupling are hermetically tight, the pump station as well as the site itself stays clean. As magnetic couplings work without wear and maintenance-free, the life cycle costs are favourable comparative to conventional sealing systems.
Please consider that we are a manufacturer of high quality displacement pumps and flowmeters for liquids. The products (pumps with magnetic couplings, high pressure flowmeters and flowmeters – chemically resistant) mentioned on this portal are only part of our product range. Please find more detailed information on our website or directly from us. |

Operation is similar to standard centrifugal pumps, except the impeller is driven with a magnetic coupling, eliminating the need for a shaft seal. Magnetic drive pumps must be used where a flooded suction exists. The corrosion resistant pump has dry run capabilities. Several flexibile mounting and body discharge positions are available. The pump offers a low current draw and heat rise and has a quiet operation. NSF certified models are available.
Typical applications include film processors, laser and x-ray cooling systems, medical, scientific and laboratory equipment and silver recovery equipment. |

| It is a range of chemical pumps for different applications available either in magnetic drive version (TMR series) or with mech. seal (ZMR series). The magnetic driven pumps have the patented “two axial directions self-alignment” system that allows the dry running as standard work conditions for “R” internal configuration. The combination of adequate materials of guide system of the impeller to one specific magnetic field eliminates completely all the axial frictions that are the cause of breakages due to dry running. It is possible to install the motor without disassembling the pump. |

Highly reliable, compact magnetic drive pumps. Field-proven reliability
A large number of pumps in this series have been delivered to customers at home and abroad, earning high acclaim for their superior reliability. This is the best-selling series in the world.
An incomparable range of models available
The MD series comes in a total of 38 models. A wide range of flow rates, hose connections, and threaded connections (M type) are available as standardized models. In addition, dedicated high-head, large-flow-rate models are available. The most economical and suitable pump can be selected from this wide variety of models.
Leakage-free, sealless structure
As is common with corrosion-resistant pumps, this series uses the magnetic drive method, eliminating problems caused by liquid leakage.
Superior corrosion resistance
The pumps in this series are constructed mainly with polypropylene while at the same time using superior corrosion-resistant parts manufactured from ceramics, PTFE, and FKM. Therefore, they can be used to transfer strong acids and various other chemicals.
Simple and compact
The pump structure is extremely simple. Consisting of several unitized parts, the pump is easy to maintain.

Simple and versatile, the BM horizontal magnetic drive centrifugal pumps can be used with chemically aggressive liquids eliminating any risk of external leakage.
Thanks to the their magnetic coupling (transmission occurs by means of opposing magnets) and to the absence of rotating seals, this type of pump guarantees safe operation and the least possible maintenance. The pair of magnets in fact makes up the pump-motor connection: the shaft-motor magnet transmits rotary motion to the other magnet coupled to the impeller.
The liquids pumped must necessarily be clean, without the presence of suspended solids.
A wide variety of series versions are available with solutions for all industrial pumping needs. |
