TopGear MAG - Protecting your future
TopGear MAG is a range of leak-proof internal gear pumps for low and high viscous liquids which are corrosive, toxic, aggressive or expensive.
Total containment of the liquid inside the pump is achieved using a hermetically sealed can, which isolates the liquid from the surrounding environment. This eliminates the need for shaft seals and the associated wear and leakage that would normally be experienced. The Magnetic Drive pumps are therefore not only environmentally friendly – they also contribute to improved safety in chemical and process plant environments.
Complying amongst others with the “ATEX” (ATmospheres EXplosibles) directive, magnetic drive pumps make an important contribution to health and safety on process plants.
TopGear MAG provides environmental, human, legal and economical protection - |

| The Universal Mag Drive is the ideal sealing technology for critical liquid containment applications within Viking’s Universal Seal product line. It is dimensionally interchangeable with Viking's Heavy Duty bracketed and Universal Seal pumps, allowing for easy upgrade from packed or mechanical seals to sealless technology. The Universal Mag Drive’s hermetic, static sealed canister provides the highest level of liquid containment available by eliminating traditional dynamic shaft seals. It also eliminates housekeeping issues and downtime due to seal failure. This product is designed to handle a broad range of applications requiring continuous duty at pressures up to 200 PSI (14 Bar). |

| Viking Mag Drive® sealless internal and external gear pumps eliminate leakage and maintenance associated with shaft seals. For use with all hazardous/toxic fluids, hard-to-seal liquids and for 24/7 operations which cannot afford unscheduled downtime due to seal failure. Some models allow reversible direction of flow, and temporary run-dry capability. May be close-coupled to IEC or NEMA motors, or long-coupled with optional bearing carrier. ATEX conformity available. |

| The CMD series is a groundbreaking new series of sealless, non-metallic pumps specially designed for crucial liquid containment applications. This series offers several important benefits, including: 100% renewable performance with use of Viking’s recommended spare parts kit; an innovative magnet system with a patent-pending spline design that allows the magnet to self-align while floating on the shaft with no added fasteners; self-lubricating, heavy-duty bearings with patent-bearing geometry that allow dry-run capabilities; and, a unique, universal flange that allows for easy installation for both ANSI and DIN flanged systems, among other key benefits. In addition, the CMD series offers extreme flexibility, including an array of models with port sizes ranging from .25” to 1.5” (6.35 to 38.1 mm), a performance level of 100 SSU (22 cSt), normal capacity at 1450 RPM ranging from 0.34 to 16.5 GPM (1.3 to 62.5 LPM), normal capacity at 1750 RPM ranging from 0.4 to 20.0 GPM (1.5 to 75.0 LPM), a maximum differential pressure of 150 PSI (10 Bar), a maximum hydrostatic pressure of 200 PSI (14 Bar), approximate shipping weights ranging from 4 to 44 pounds (2 to 20 kg), and a maximum recommended operating temperature of 150°F (65°C). |

| High economy, optimal efficiency and silent in operation. These are all important features which particularly characterize our transfer pumps. Compact design, low weight, solid construction and workmanship, anti-wear coatings, application-specific materials, sizes and seal variants, as well as numerous accessories and type of connections are additional reasons which make KRACHT transfer gear pumps more than interesting for every user. And this is our motto for every type of pump: only the best is good enough. |

| The High-Speed Compact internal gear pumps offer heavy-duty design and small footprint for rotating equipment lubrication such as compressors and turbines. They are just one of many options that Viking offers for lubrication pumps. Others include gearbox lube pumps that pump in one direction regardless of shaft rotation, pump kits for OEM lubrication applications, and a variety of internal gear, external gear and gerotor pumps suitable for lube oil and grease applications, |
|
APPLICATION:
The type oil gear pump AD-L is ideally suited in single-line centralized lubrication systems. In these systems, lubricant is being delivered intermittently under pressure (pressurizing - and relief cycles) through the main feed lines towards the meter elements installed downflow and
from there through the lube lines to the points of application.
FUNCTION:
The oil lubricator basically consists of a gear pump with A.C. single-phase motor, the oil reservoir, the electronic control unit and a valve which ensures that the line is depressurized when the A.C. single-phase motor is switched off (relief cycle). An integral pressure relief valve is opened as soon as reaching a pressure of 2 MPa (20 bar) thus protecting the oil gear pump from damage in the event of an overpressure situation occuring. After relief the main line, the valve maintains a resudial pressure of approx. 0.08 MPa (0.8 bar) and thus prevents that the main line runs empty. The entire system is either time- or pulse controlled, at choice. |

| Viking in-line gear reducers offer reduction ratios from 2.6:1 to 35.1:1, with the ability to handle loads up to 260 kW. Solid input shaft or close-coupled input side adapters for IEC or NEMA motors offer mounting versatility. A second series of offset gear reducers, with ratios from 2.24:1 to 7.95:1, allows rotation of the input shaft to match motor height for easy mounting, while maintaining output shaft height. They are capable of loads to 30 kW. |
