Using the latest, patented pump technology, Hayward's Series R all-plastic, corrosion resistant pumps will stand up to the most aggressive, demanding industrial and commercial applications year in and year out. From the heavy duty, thick wall, glass reinforced polypropylene or ETFE pump body construction, to the rugged epoxy painted motors, there is simply no better mag drive plastic pump available anywhere. And Hayward backs every one of its Webster mag drive pumps with an extended two year warranty.
With horsepower ratings from 1/3 to 5 HP, applications requiring flow rates from 5 to 140 GPM and with maximum total dynamic head discharges up to 141 feet, you will find a Webster Magnetic Drive Pump to meet your requirements. And because the process media never contacts metal, there is never a danger of pump failure due to rust or corrosion. Because they are magnetically driven, they have no seals, thus no emissions, leaks or expensive seal replacements.

MPN range: Standard suction, magnetically-coupled pumps
The pump casing of the MPN range is hermetically sealed. The impeller is powered by magnetic force, eliminating the need for a direct connection to an external motor. Parts in contact with the fluid medium are manufactured from solid PVDF or PP. These models come equipped with low-maintenance, hydrodynamic gliding-surface bearings, composed of either PTFE and ceramics components, or SiC components, and incorporate high-quality permanent magnets into their design.
PVDF pumps may be used for medium temperatures of up to 95°C; PP pumps for temperatures of up to 85°C. These models are available with a choice of electric drive motors: three-phase or single-phase and three-phase explosion protection or flameproof enclosure drives. All drives can be adapted to work off any voltage or frequency. The characteristic curves of these models have been measured using three-phase double pole motors, with water as a test medium, at a temperature of 20°C
Advantages:
- Completely proofed against leaks, as no rotating parts need to be sealed off
- Low maintenance, due to wear-resistant hydrodynamic slide bearings
- High chemical resistance to corrosive media, due to the minimum number of materials used in the pumps` manufacture
- Universally adaptable
Some uses and applications:
- Wafer production in the micro-chip industry
- Printed circuit board (PCB) manufacture
- Water treatment and sewage systems
- Electro-plating applications
- Laboratory facilities
- Medical facilities

Centrifugal pumps 4 - 120 l/min
Our centrifugal pumps use a magnet clutch for force transmission from the motor to the pump wheel. They do not dispose of a shaft seal or valves which increases the life span and the operational safety of the pumps. All parts being in direct contact with the discharged material are made out of chemically resistant materials.

Serie MD
Compact mag. drive pumps made of PP
Extremely reliable, compact mag. drive centrifugal pumps
The MD series can de used in many applications. Three main types between 5 and 135 l/min are available.
Due to the sealless construction a contamination of the surrounding area is avoided. Also corrosion, which could be depending on construction, does not appear. Therefore this series is best suited for the machinery installation. Already the standard type offers best chemical resistance by the choice of the used materials.
Special models are available for high heads (MD-Z) or more flow rate (MD-X). The economic laying is thereby possible, that the pump performance is equal to the next bigger standard type. From size 15 both hose and thread connection are available.

Vanton CHEM-GARD® CGM-ANSI magnetically driven end suction process pumps are sealless, single stage, volute type centrifugals which meet ANSI B73.1 process pump specifications and conform to Hydraulic Institute Standards. They are designed to reflect the latest clean air regulations, to be environmentally safe, and to provide for the leakproof transfer of corrosive, toxic, hazardous and volatile liquids. These are not lined pumps. All fluid contact parts are made of solid, molded, stand-alone, chemically inert thermoplastic components. This avoids inherent liner-related dangers of pinpoint porosity, substrate separation due to faulty application or differential expansion, and surface abrasion.

Magnetic drive gear pumps MDG series
Leakage free, sealless structure
The pump mechanism is the magnetic drive type. Free of leakage trouble, the pump is suitable to be incorpotated in various equipment.
Superior corrosion resistance
The wetted parts are manufactured from superior corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PPS, and PEEK. Therefore, the pump can be used to transfer various types of chemical solutions.
Long life design
Each part that is precision processed using Iwaki's original technology excels in thermal resistance, therefore does not cause pump troubles due to thermal expansion of the parts. Even when operated for long continuous hours, the pump should exhibit superior durability.

KRAL pumps with magnetic coupling are hermetically tight, the pump station as well as the site itself stays clean. As magnetic couplings work without wear and maintenance-free, the life cycle costs are favourable comparative to conventional sealing systems.
Please consider that we are a manufacturer of high quality displacement pumps and flowmeters for liquids. The products (pumps with magnetic couplings, high pressure flowmeters and flowmeters – chemically resistant) mentioned on this portal are only part of our product range. Magnetic drive turbine pumps MDK series
Leakage free, turbine pump
As is common with corrosion resistant pumps, this series uses the magnetic drive method, eliminating all problems caused by liquid leakage. Its pump characteristics include a small flow rate and high head.
Built-in self-priming valve
The inlet side of the pump contains a self-priming valve. Self-priming is actuated quickly after initial priming.
Superior corrosion resistance
The main parts are manufactured from SCS313 or SCS14 stainless cast, allowing the pump to be used for transferring organic solvents and various other chemicals.
|
|
|
Even turbine pumps belong to our product range. The advantages of the magnetic drive system and of high pressures are here combined. While the MDT series is best suited for incorporation in equipment, the MDK series is used as process pump for difficult liquids.
