Koike Aronson / Ransome Universal Balance Positioners allow quick and safe manipulation of large awkward work objects, which is critical in maintaining the most efficient down hand welding position. A welder can position objects of up to 4000 pounds by simply applying fingertip pressure and does not need to raise their helmet or break an arc.
The Universal Balance principle is to intersect the rotational axis center of gravity with that of the tilt axis. Work pieces can then be rotated 360? around both axes and, in most cases, around the positioner column. Special engineered positioners are always available.

The vacuum-barrels is designed for the transfer of liquid additives (even viscous) stored out of barrels or small containers and in front of being built-in processes of formulation. It provides the functions of:
- draining of the barrel or container without wasting,
- proportioning of the product,
- rinsing of the barrel and the piping of transfer,
- recycling of the product of washing.

TAWILift is a versatile and effective tool that opens up opportunities for fast, convenient and safe handling of loads. It relieves operators of strenuous manual operations such as gripping, lifting, holding and turning objects. TAWILift can be equipped with a wide variety of tools.The actual design of the tool is dependent on the specific application. Typical tools include lifting hooks, lifting tongs, magnetic and suction tools and hydraulic grippers.

The TAWILift in the picture is a hydraulic, modular gripping unit for goods weighing up to 500 kg. The gripper is available in several versions. The jaws can easily be modified to suit the handled object. The drive unit consists of a quiet hydraulic system powered by a 3-phase motor.
