The most advanced manipulator
A rigid manipulation principle is often desirable for eccentric handling (loads that can be handled centrically are best manipulated using a flexible or self-suspended principle such as a cable balancer). The most advanced possibility in rigid handling systems is the Master Balancer: because, in this case too, the arms are bare and hollow. So that manoeuvrability is much better than with conventional manipulators which have drive elements and sometimes even ballast weights on the arms, which means that everything moves. The Mini-Vert is a compact battery powered welding travel carriage. It is held on the workpiece with strong permanent magnets. The Mini-Vert travels and carries a welding gun in flat or vertical positions producing continuous uniform fillet welds.

The Kat® Carriage / Compact Oscillator combines the Gullco Kat® all-position travel carriage with a compact oscillator head and its controls. Mounting brackets, connecting cable, and MIG gun holder are included. Micro-fine vertical and horizontal adjustment is accomplished using Gullco rack boxes and rack arms are also included with the package.
The Kat® Carriage / Compact Oscillator is designed to increase production and improve the quality of the weld produced in automatic mechanized welding operations by minimizing weld defects such as poor penetration, incomplete fusion, overlap and undercut.
The oscillator provides a pendulum, tangential or step (square pattern) motion to the welding gun. Stroke width is adjustable. Stroke speed, dwell times (left, center, and right), wire feed start delay, carriage start and stop are all set on the oscillator control and come built into the travel carriage and can also be provided as a remote pendant.

The Bug-gy-vert is a portable battery powered 4-wheel drive welding carriage with or without torch oscillation. Strong permanent magnets hold the machine on the workpiece, allowing it to travel on vertical or oblique work surfaces. Guide wheels on the Bug-gy-vert automatically track the torch in the fillet joint.

The vehicles generally carry a special designed hanger matching the load requirements. We basically divert into Power Rail that is to take up the chain trolleys and the Free Rail that is to take up the load trolley. Both, the Power and the Free-rail, is connected via special sheets.
The Power-chain is attached with chain dogs (in pitch). These chain dogs catch the trolley dogs of the free-trolleys and so the free trolley will start to move. In Stop stations the free-trolley dogs can be pushed down so unlink the free trolley from the chain-dog. In this way the free-trolley can be stopped while the chain is still moving. The same method is also used to queue trolleys behind each other along a - generally - straight track segment.
