The manipulator with cable makes it possible to handle paperboards going from 0 to 300 kg with a suction cup gripping while optimizing the operating areas available, in perfect ergonomics and in full safety for the men and the material.

Equipment designed for the “weightless” picking and moving of sacks - in polythene, cardboard, hessian, plastic fibre etc...Simple to use, this range of Dalmec machines allows the operator to move bags quickly, accurately and safely within the operating area.
The bags are picked with either a suction head or with a pneumatically clamp. Vacuum is created by an electric motor or by a Venturi ejector.

Description

Technical details
In the event specific draft of an endowed manipulating of a system of taken flowing along the revolving and equipped arm of vertical movement through a detail is arranged of raising of the product. The solution is the ideal for who must enliven similari bags or products quickly (as an example scato them). The taken one happens through a ventosa and successively the product can be raised and moved on the horizontal plane in every point inside of the workspace.

This system is formed by a central aisle along which a stacker crane travels. Two racks, built at either side, are used to store boxes or trays. The picking and handling area is formed by conveyors and is positioned at one end or at the side of the racking. Here, the stacker crane deposits the load extracted from the rack. The conveyors then take the box to the operator and once the job has been completed, the box is returned to the stacker crane which then places it back in the racking. The whole system is controlled by a warehouse management programme which registers the location of all the materials in the warehouse and keeps an inventory in real time.
These warehouses can be double or single depth. Double-depth warehouses enable storage of two levels deep in each location, which is ideal for companies that seek a balance between storage capacity and rapid handling.

Automatic warehouses
The automatic warehouse is one of the most efficient solutions in order to handle specific room requirements and to optimise operative flows.
Each solution must be considered in connection to the overall warehouse operativeness be it of finished products, inter-operative or linked to the production; it must also take into account the characteristics of the product to handle as well as the feeding frequency required. Dematic multi-shuttle the answer to the trends in the Intralogistik: a modular, scalable high speed camp and Kommissioniersystem, which adapt to special requirements flexibly.
Its throughput can be scaled within wide ranges. It is available in two variants:
Dematic multi-shuttle Captive - for a high goods throughput in Kommissionier and consolidation buffers.
Dematic multi-shuttle Roaming - for storage systems with lower to middle envelope achievement however high requirements at flexibility.
In simulations it was determined that already a plant with four shuttles exceeds the achievement of a shelf control device.
Dematic multi-shuttles make this and the modular expandability - e.g. by re-tooling further shuttles - a singularly flexible and efficient solution under the container storage engineerings.
