Precise positioning of the load as they allow for accurate and rapid movements, while traditional handling devices overtravel, bounce and require lots of little corrective movements that reduce productivity.
Intuitive control: It features the “float mode” control or “hands on manipulation”, without actuating the control handle. MAGVACU® COMBIGRIPPER
The MagVacu® combigripper uses a combination of magnetic and vacuum techniques for the handling of (perforated) sheet up to a thickness of 12 mm.
Re-tooling for different products is not necessary so that more types of products can be handled on unmanned machines. The Combigripper is also twice as powerful as, and safer than, conventional vacuum systems. The magnet pulls the steel plate onto the vacuum suction cup so that it fits neatly onto it. This means that no vacuum can leak away around the edge of the suction cup
The universal combigrippers can be used:

xpandgrip 4" chuck is a non locking method of gripping cores and is commonly used for cardboards cores on Shaftless unwinding machines.
Thanks to a patented closing system the movement of the keys takes place only when the chuck is completely inserted into the core of the roll.
This new design allows the unwind of the complete roll, without web breakage close to the core, a problem common with most mechanical chucks.
Keys are smooth and rounded in design, which allows the reuse of the cores, saving money and with low maintenance of the chucks. |
