The MISTRAL marking laser was introduced as one of the first diode-pumped laser systems, and has since been setting new standards in laser technology!
Whether it is used as a seated workplace to mark small numbers of parts, or is integrated into production lines for automatic operation there are no limits to the flexibility of this laser. The MISTRAL's main field of use is in marking metals (engraving, annealing colors), plastics (color change, material debris) and ceramics.
The Mistral is available with 50 W and 120 W.
Advantages of this all-rounder: Nearly all materials can be permanently marked, are forgery-proof and have an excellent graphical quality. The high marking speeds and its ease of use bode well for future working processes!

Fully-automatic system for UTC laser marking of beverage closures. The system is characterised by its compactness and the option of integration into existing production lines. The closures are fed fully automatically and in the correct position depending on the feed system selected. Depending on the layout of the feed system, closures with a diameter of up to 50 mm can be marked on the inside, but also on the outer surface (top).
They are transported by means of a vacuum band where they undergo On The Fly marking. This significantly speeds up the whole process, since no processing time is wasted handling the products. The result is an extremely high marking speed of up to 1500 parts per minute. This depends on the material being marked as well as the text or logo.
A piece of software specially developed for the application called TP_mix allows the user to deal with all common variants of marking of UTC closures. These range from simple logos to the marking of codes (unique message). The user can generate all these variants with great ease and, more importantly, with the level of security (passwords, logging etc.) required for this type of production.

The cab Laser type plate module THS4 provides to mark plates of steel, aluminum and plastics. The systems handling is centralized in one separate unit and is therefore most suitable to be integrated into the cab laser safety housing LSG 100. The handling provides to work off inflexible type plates. They must be with a tolerance, be plane and free of burr. The handling provides an automatically tracked in- and output magazine. While the input stack undertakes an upwards motion the output, i.e. the destacking magazine moves downwards. The laser always marks the top level plate of the stack. After having been marked the plate is removed from stack by means of a vacuum gripper and forwarded to the output magazine by linear drive. Then, the stack is automatically moved up so that the level where the plates are marked remains the same height. Type plates with different thickness are automatically identified by the help of a sensor. The magazines side guides are adjusted by slotted holes and locked by cylinder head screws. 2 sides of the magazine remain fixed to maintain the angles alignment. The device thus has a fixed zero point in relation to the marking field of the laser system. For shifting the magazines one allen key is required and for modifying a time of maximum 10 minutes is needed. The software of the laser provides the logical control of the type plate marker. This software is included in standard delivery and contains appropriate routines.

The cab laser typeplate marker transports and marks flat and inflexible workpieces with a thickness of up to 3 mm. Maximum size of the type plate is limited to 100 x 50 mm. The laser marker is most suitable for marking materials like aluminum, steel, copper, glass or plastics. The workpieces are conveyed in a fully automatic manner from the input magazine to the marking area and from there to an output magazine. If different sizes of workpieces are marked the magazines and slide-in unit must be interchanged. The logical order of the typeplates is kept during transport. Individual orders may be worked off and ejected in a separate output device. The handling system is controlled by an integrated Siemens S7 PLC. All transport and marking functions are controlled from the PLC operator control panel with integral digital display. The system requires r compressed air supply. The lasers operational status is indicated by an indicator light. A separate machine table may be supplied, if required.

The laser turntable 400 enables to mark single workpieces in the area of the laser according to laser protection class 1. The turntable rotates throughout 180 degrees. New parts may be placed at the front side and at the same time parts may be laser-marked in the back. Release of a rotation is made by two-hand operation on release of the laser after having finished a marking process. The laser irradiation does not cause any danger neither for the operators skin nor eyes. The laser may be adjusted by means of a stepper motor driven depth-axis from two push buttons in the external operation panel. The laser safety cover includes integrated vacuum piping for extraction of particles and contaminants created during laser marking. Different accessories needed during the marking process may be clamped right-angled to the marking area on the base plates of the turntable. For positioning workpieces the housing includes at one side a set-up door with integrated laser protection glass. A switched power socket for external accessories is provided at the rear panel of the housing. The laser turntable may be connected to all different standardized voltage supplies. Cable installation between laser and laser safety housing is daisy chained and interlocked to ensure user safety during laser operation. The cover is color-coated in grey.

LP-300 series
Due to a wavelength in the lower infrared range, SUNX's LP-310-C Laser Marker is perfectly suited to permanently mark resins, enamel surfaces, glass and organic materials such as paper, wood, rubber or leather.
In comparison to conventional printing processes such as inkjet printing or tampon printing, the laser marker system is a purely optical tool that does not come into direct contact with the material it is marking. Hence it is not subject to wear and tear and requires no additional consumables such as toner, ink or solvents.
In addition to its superior marking quality with clear contours, the LP-310-C is nearly maintenance-free and hence produces few service or follow-up costs. Since it requires little space and due to its robust construction, the CO2 laser marker system can be easily integrated into assembly lines and individual workstations.
The powerful, user-friendly Windows software allows you to easily enter, edit or save texts and functions such as counters, date code and lot marking. You can easily import company logos and product specifications as graphic (DXF) files. In other words, the LP-310-C is suited to perform nearly any marking task you require.

The LaserTab transforms a FLY laser into a safe, practical and economical transportable Class I Laser that can be installed on a simple desk.
The wide cabinet has a sliding manual door with aClass I inspection glass that offers a clear view of the product being marked.
For increased productivity the laser can be moved up to 250mm along the motorized Z-axis - fully PC controlled - while the working plane is fixed. Processing of parts of different sizes and shapes is thus possible.
A rotary C axis for marking of cylindrical parts - can be optionally integrated.
This workstation is fully self contained and any laser system can be integraded (Fly DPPS, FiberFly, FlyAir and CO2) producing any wavelength, giving the operator the ability to mark any type of material.
When the LaserTab is integrated with FiberFly or FlyAir, it operates with a conventional household power source and does not require any external cooling. FlyCAD operating software can be run under modern Windows versions and a simple network connection is all that is needed to control the Laser.
This means that any available PC can be transformed into a professional marking station.
