Technifor offers Nd:YAG products, which are compact and have adapted power levels to marking applications (60 to 100 Watts).
Compact, energy-friendly, the cooling source is backed by a closed circuit and therefore doesn’t require a “lost” water circuit. Therefore, operation costs are reduced.
Contact-free, Laser marking works, regardless of part hardness. Combining fine lines and high speed, this is the ideal tool for both high-speed and aesthetic marking applications.
Our T700W marking software, designed and developed with Windows 95-98-NT-2000, explores to a maximum the possibilities of a graphical interface and includes the functions adapted to marking:
- Serial numbers, Batch/shift numbers, Codes, Date & Time, and graphic file importation – Fusion with a spreadsheet.
Maintenance is reduced to a maximum, making this machine specially adapted to a fast-paced industrial environment. |

Highest resolution with minimum strain
The Östling LasOnAll green is the advanced development of the Lasonall 3. The original wavelength of 1,064 nm was halved to 532 nm, which is in the green spectral range. The frequency is doubled at the same time.
Your advantages:
A higher energy density in connection with a finer line is achieved due to the halved point size of the laser beam and the higher frequency,
Higher resolution in the micro-marking area
Considerably reduced thermal stress of the object to be imprinted with the same material removal performance
Especially suited for very thin metal sheets and many plastics, for which easily legible print without burning is created (change of the surface colour)
Removal of protective films without changing the carrier material itself
Technical Data LasOnAll green
- Wavelength: 532 nm
- Power: 7 Watt +- 5%
- Pulse frequency: 20 - 100 KHz free adjustable
- Cooling: Air

48-series lasers
All 48-series lasers operate from standard 30VDC power supplies, and can be either fan-cooled (48-1 and 48-2 models), or water cooled. Synrad’s 48-series lasers are ideal for incorporation into marking, engraving, and small cutting systems, where performance, low price and high reliability are essential.
The laser tube is a rigid box structure design that provides an ultra-stable platform for the laser resonator. Synrad’s 48-series tubes are mounted into an H-shaped heat sink extrusion that also serves as the chassis for the drive electronics. This guarantees that the laser will withstand the harsh requirements of modern industrial environments. |

LASONALL SMART, the last born of our family of Laser with Solid pumped by diodes. based on an architecture of high-output radial pumping, this laser profits from the very new innovations in laser technology.
By an original combination of the optical and electronic elements, we obtained a compact ultra design of the resonator and system of deviation of the beam.
Its characteristics return particularly this Laser adapted to surface metal markings and has a frightening effectiveness for the marking of the plastics. |

High intensity on the workpiece
The LEO is more effective than many other laser beam sources with a higher output power. It is not the power at the exit alone that is decisive, but the pulsed power density in the marking area on the object. The LEO beam source generates an extremely fi ne spot in the focus. A particularly high intensity is achieved in this way.
No one is finer
Precision is to the fore in our LEO laser beam sources. Wherever high-resolution structures are to be generated, these beam sources are the preference. With the LEO you can label precisely, and also create filigree engravings.
An investment providing returns
Our LEO is a powerful laser beam source for high-quality industrial marking facilities. It is available in different power levels. The combination with a galvano scanner and an efficient marking software results in a compact and also inexpensive facility.
Long-lasting and low in maintenance
We have continuously further developed the laser beam sources: They have proved their value in operation on large numbers of parts. A long lifetime is guaranteed, due to the fibre based technology.
Highly developed technology
LEO laser beam sources are diode-pumped solid state lasers in a compact housing. Their pulse peak power is extremely high. Our LEO laser beam sources have an excellent lasering mode: TEM00. The highest pulse peak power is already achieved at a pulse frequency of 2 – 10 kHz.

es FLY
Ytterbium fiber marking laser.
Emits at a wavelength of 1,06 micron, and runs in continuous or pulsed mode at powers ranging from 5 to 40 watts.
Owing to its tiny dimensions, and its low weight, the es FLY laser easily fits into production lines. It can also be simply put on a table, to work by itself.
The laser source can be integrated vertically or horizontally.
The control module is very compact. Its front side, including a tactile screen and operating controls, can be separated, and integrated into a production machine.
With a MTBF (mean time between failure) of over 50 000 hours, the
es FLY laser needs very little maintenance, which allows a very low running cost. |

LP-400 series
SUNX conceived the LP-400 series Laser Markers especially for industries with particularly high demands on speed and functionality. LP-400 series Laser Markers are CO2 laser marker systems with an output power of 10W, 20W or 30W that, due to an ultra fast galvano-scanning method (max. 12,000mm/s), can mark moving objects on-the-fly at a line speed of up to 240m/min.!
The incorporation of an encoder interface permits optimisation of marking and flying speed.
Due to their small laser beam diameter of just 110µm, LP-431U-C and LP-411U-C are especially well suited to mark or modify difficult materials such as glass or PTFE. LP-400 series Laser Markers can also process more than 10 different codes, e.g. bar code, Data Matrix code, etc.
Due to their somewhat shorter wavelength of 9300nm, the LP-420S9U and LP-420S9TU Laser Markers are ideal for marking clear plastics such as PET or PC.
Three useful Windows programmes are included with all SUNX Laser Markers: "FONT Maker" allows you to create your own individual characters. "LOGO CONVERTER" converts logos and images in JPEG, BMP, HPGL and DXF formats to the Laser Marker format VEC. "Laser Marker NAVI" allows you to conveniently operate all SUNX Laser Markers offline or online from your PC. |

The SpeedMarker FL is a galvanometer-based marking system which is powered by a fiber laser. This system stands for rapid processing speed and top precision as well as highest durability of the realised markings on a broad range of materials.
The SpeedMarker FL laser source is a state-of-the-art fiber laser which means that the laser is very robust ("all-in-fiber-design"), compact and efficient. Whereas the emission wavelength is comparable to a normal YAG laser (1064nm), lifetime and reliability of a fiberlaser are significantly higher. The SpeedMarker FL can be easily integrated into existing production lines, even if the available amount of space is very limited. However, the SpeedMarker FL can also be operated as a stand-alone solution when combined with the specially designed workstation.

Weber's line of vector laser coders produces permanent, very high-quality marking on materials as diverse as paper, cardboard, foils, coated metals, plastics, wood, glass, and many others. The systems provide a cost-effective alternative to small character continuous ink jet (CIJ) applications.
These sealed, CO2 units are capable of marking products or packages with text as small as 0.020" high, numerous bar code symbologies, plus striking graphic images. Weber offers laser coders for static marking or very high-speed, in-motion operation. Marking fields range from 2.0" to 7.8" square.
There are a number of reasons to consider laser instead of CIJ: no ink expense; no ink mess or cleanup; no solvents to dispose of; no on-going maintenance woes; and you get a permanent, high-resolution mark.
