The MG152 is a CNC transfer machine which is designed for the various fields of mechanical engraving, automatic numbering, decoration, and prototyping of microengineering parts.
In the standard configuration the machine is equipped with a PRECITRAME UV72-3 unit with 3 CNC axes and 2 electro-spindles. The loading/unloading system can be full automatically or manual according to the customer requirements.
With various fields of application, enhanced features, easy and comfortable to operate, the new transfer engraving and machining solution PRECITRAME MG152 achieves all your requirements concerning quality and precision.
The development was done without any compromises. For secondary operations of steel, aluminum or plastic parts we offer a system of units for coining/marking, piercing and forming with forces from 1 to 100 kN.
For these operations normally only a short stroke power stroke (<1.0 mm) is required. That is why our pneumatic PFS units, which develop maximal force shortly before reaching the end position, are ideal for these operations.
Pivoting the tool 75° into the working position, this design allows an easy load and unload of the parts.

The PinMark™ handheld embossers are applied when products or components are difficult to move due to their weight or size. The handheld devices also demonstrate their advantages fully in poorly accessible locations. Special attention was paid to practical operation here: the embossing head is simply applied to the object to be marked.
