SCHMIDT® Flow Sensor SS 25.60 / HS / FB
The flow sensor SS 25.60 is a mass flow sensor (thermal anemometer), designed for use in oxygen. Due to a careful cleaning during production and packaging of the sensor according to the standard IEC/TR 60877:1999, the sensor can be used in gas mixtures with an oxygen percentage of at least 21 % or in pure oxygen.
SS 25.60 HS is the high-speed version of SS 25.60 with measuring ranges 120 / 160 / 200 m/s.
SS 25.60 FB is equipped with a bus interface for connecting to different field buses.

Flow sensor with integrated transducer for flow measurement of air, especially designed for the monitoring of the laminar airflow in cleanroom installations.
Optimized sensor head resulting in widely independent direction characteristics. Cleanroom suitable design according to GMP standard.
Special mounting adaptors allow mounting in nearly any cleanroom ceiling system.

IST thin film mass flow sensors offer solutions for a wide variety of flow applications.
