DynaMIC
The DynaMIC operates according to the rebound hardness testing method (standardized according to ASTM A956) using a special signal processing technique that automatically compensates for changes in testing direction. Position the impact devices and read the hardness value - that is hardness testing in a matter of seconds. Different impact devices are available to ensure an optimum match to material and application. The DynaMIC DL Data Logger model can internally store hardness values along with statistical information.
Products Features:
Measurement of hardness independent of impact direction (without input of any correction values) due to patented signal processing
Standardized according to ASTM A956
Automatic conversion of hardness to HV, HB, HRC, HRB, HS, HL and N/mm2
Different impact devices dependant on application:
Dyna D for standard applications
Dyna G for heavy, solid parts
Dyna E for hardness range beyond 650HV
Data Logger version with internal data memory for measurement data and instrument settings
Applications:
Solid, coarse-grained components
Machine parts made of steel and cast aluminum alloys
Large series parts during production
Heavy forgings

The rotation sensor type DDR can be used in any rotating machines (convoying bands, cup elevators, live of convoying) and reports over/underspeed or untimely stops. It consists of a compact unit with an integrated inductiv, which makes the solution easy to install, dustproof and human safe.
It is directly fixed to the tail shaft of the rotating machine, which avoids any inductiv damage.
The DDR is then robust and requires no adjustment.
Is can supply 2 versions: pulses output or inductiv relay output.
Technical data:
------------------
Ambient temperature: -25°C (77°F) to 75°C (167°F)
Ingress protection : IP 65
Power supply: 110/220 VAC, 24/48 VAC, 24 VAC or 48 VAC

Electrical Resistance Tomography Linear Sensors.
ERT sensors comprise of multiple electrodes which must make electrical contact with the fluid within the process volume. The most common geometry is a circular sensor with the electrodes arranged uniformly around the circumference.
Electrical Capacitance Tomography Sensors
ECT sensors comprise of multiple electrodes arranged around the circumference of a pipeline. The most common arrangement is for external electrodes mounted on a section of non-conducting pipe with an external earthed screen. The electrodes can be etched from flexible copper coated laminate. This arrangement has the advantage that the electrodes are non-invasive and non-intrusive.
Dual Modality Sensors
ITS have developed dual-modality ERT and ECT pipeline sensors with co-located electrodes for use with the m3000 system. These have internal ERT electrodes and external ECT electrodes.

Description
MK11 sensors are magnetically operated Reed Sensors with screw thread enclosure supplied with interconnect cable. The sensor should be mounted on a fixed surface with the actuating magnet on the moving surface. Introduction or removal of the magnetic field determines the closing and opening of the Reed Switch. The magnetic pull-in / drop-out sensitivity is divided into five AT ranges. A choice of switches, termination options and cable lengths is offered.
Features
Stainless steel and plastics designs with thread for space adjustment
High power switches available
Other cables, connectors and colors available
Various case sizes available
Five operate sensitivities available
A choice of cable terminations and lengths are available

The improvement of the conventional welding methods, the widespread use of the laser welding as well as subsequent treatments e.g. annealing and coating have made the automatic detection of the tube weld seam in many manufacturing processes such as in tube and pipe benders or hydroforming a demanding task for modern sensor technology . This applies both to the weld seam detection in tubes as well as to flat stock e.g. coils. Therefore, the use of special sensors designed for special tasks, digital signal analysis with microprocessor or PC-based control systems have received our special attention.

The WSX53 detects any precipitation including rain, snow, hailstone, sleet. Its output are two volt-free contacts which can be used to take actions depending on the sensed whether condition.
These can be anything such as closing shutters, powering blowers, boilers or window closers, stopping or starting sprinklers, etc.
Applications include
„X Building Automation
„X Plant Automation
„X Commercial and Residential Homes
„X Weather Centres
„X Sprinkler Control
„X Agricultural use, etc.
„X De-icing and drying systems
The WSX53 is enclosed in a very compact (82 x 80 x 55) IP66 enclosure and provides an eight-core trailing cable for interface. It can either be mounted onto a mast with a vertical mounting support or mounted directly at the end of a conduit mast.
