The modular professional panel RF shielding construction technique is the most widely used shielding system worldwide. This design has been successfully installed in thousands of locations around the world. The system's modular design is extremely versatile and is available in a wide range of standard and custom sizes and configurations, typically between 2.4x2.4x2.4 m and 35x20x15 m.
400 L Professional cabinet CON 400-S A-KES to conduct fully automatic Kesternichtests persuant to ISO 6988
This cabinet is equipped with the working system water condensation „CON“ with CTD System and the working system „AIR“ and provides best climate conditions for conducting water condensation and Kesternichtests. Please note that the water is only heated up by the heaters below the water bath. As we do not apply any circulating pump the surface of the water remains quiet. This is essential concerning the absorption of the SO2 comparable to the climate in manually operated Kesternich chambers.
The SO2 is measured by an advanced massflowmeter and monitored by the SUPPLIERS OF PLC which controls the complete test procedure.
The CON 400-S AKES cabinet meets high requirements of safety and convenience. If necessary an extension by installing the working system “SAL” salt spray is possible, thus fully automatic cycling corrosion tests can be carried out.
Customization
The AEMI chambers have been designed to satisfy most customer's requirements. However, if your testing demands a unique configuration or feature(s) not provided by our standard model, AEMI will work with you to configure a chamber that meets your specific testing needs.
Subsystem Integration
AEMI provides a total turnkey chamber solution including all of the technical expertise, project management, system integration, and installation services that complement the high-quality products we manufacture. This single-source solution ensures completion of a well-controlled, successful project to our customers. AEMI will provide complete professional antenna measurement system solutions to meet your testing requirements.
Construction
The construction of our anechoic chambers will depend on the shielding requirements of the complete facility AEMI has constructed chambers with stud/drywall methods to welded shielded enclosures, which provide 120 dB of isolation. The most common construction methods are as follows: Standard stud/drywall (no shielding) Stud/drywall utilizing foil (minimal shielding & isolation Welded shielding (120 dB shielding & isolation)
An Anechoic Chamber generally consists of an RF shielded room which is either partially or fully lined with RF absorber material. It is used to perform several types of testing and measurements. Panashield chambers are typically constructed from the Panabolt modular shielding system.
The test and measuring methods for "Testing the Immunity to Conducted disturbances induced by an RF Field" are defined by the International standard IEC/EN61000-4-6.
This test can be done by individual components, or by one compact unit like the CIT10 which includes all the necessary components for IEC/EN61000-4-6 testing in one easy to use system.
The TA-Series is a standard line of fully-equipped tapered anechoic chambers, delivering high-performance Far-Field professional antenna testing capability. Ideally suited for performing a variety of measurements, the TA-Series has been specifically developed to meet the increased performance demands of today's wireless and general-purpose antenna measurement applications.
The tapered chamber is a spherical antenna range configured with one side tapering with square-to-round transitions to a true conical section.
The tapering walls bring the reflections into phase coherency so that they are all in phase in the test region, resulting in a smooth amplitude taper illuminating the antenna under test. The energy is transmitted from the conical section toward the terminating end wall absorbers at normal and near normal incidence. Chamber reflections and extraneous energy in the test region are determined primarily by the reflectivity performance of the pyramidal absorber on the end wall. By designing the chamber with high performance terminating wall absorbers, the TA-Series delivers greater accuracy for low frequency measurements (down to 200 MHz).
The standard procedures of numerous automotive manufacturers for simulating their products' environmental conditions make high demands on the chamber technology. They require a high degree of flexibility especially of
Special advantages offers the SPS control system which assures that process parameters are reached exactly and rapidly and that they are strictly maintained. The touchpad's clearly structured menu navigation makes it easy and secure to handle the testing chamber. Process data can be visualised, supervised and documented with our professional software called VisiCORR®. For this purpose, the standard chamber is equipped with a Modbus RTU and an Ethernet TDP/IP interface.
VLM offers you a comprehensive product range of bench top professional cabinets or chest models which covers a wide application and service spectrum going from the classical VDA test (VDA 621-415) or VW PV 1210 with conditionened ambient air to very exigent test procudures according to the factory standards of other automotive manufacturers and suppliers (see "MF" multifunction series).
We are pleased to advise you in order to compile the chamber configuration which fits exactly to your needs. Due to their unique construction and material composition, VLM corrosion testing chambers provide the best conditions to realise a high reproducibility of fully automatic cyclic corrosion tests
VLM corrosion test professional cabinets provide best conditions for the conduction of high humidity tests due to its unique design. The bottom, rear wall and roof are made of stainless steel coated with Halar® (ECTFE), a fluorine polymer used in chemical apparatus engineering. Hence there is a quick transfer of the heat from the heaters below the bottom into the water bath. So the water evaporates and condensates very evenly. The best reproducibility of the climate is achieved by the patented CTD-System
VLM CON cabinets for alternating water condensation tests are equipped with the working system “AIR”. That means that ambient air is introduced into the chamber by a professional fan. The air is evenly distributed to the chamber by a perforated pipe in order to dry the specimen evenly.
We offer a variety of table top models with a chamber capacity of 300 L and 400 L as well as 1000 L cabinets for conducting of tests requiring:
Condensation atmosphere with constant humidity
persuant to ISO 6270-2 (CH)
