High volume tests of automotive hose assemblies etc. Pressure test, leak test, flow test, volume expansion test, high pressure cleaning and dry blowing in the same cycle.
We have long experience in pressure testing, leak testing and cleanliness. Here the expression “weakest link in the chain” is really valid. When you wash a tube it’s very important that you get the pressure drop in the test object and not in the machine. We have developed a system of sandwich valves, pressure transformers, etc which we need in the system. We are practically the only ones in the market who use servo hydraulics to generate the test pressure. It costs more than pneumatic intensifiers but the advantages are significant.

Air filter for mists and vapours from soluble or neat oil for machine tools.
The DARWIN series, patented and available in 4 models, covers throughput range of 600 to 3.000 m³/h. This means that it can cope with widely differing applications, from small lathes to grinding machines or complex machining centres.
Darwin with turbine (T): filtration of air containing soluble oil mist with the presence of heavy particulate.
Darwin with single-centrifuge (M): filtration of air containing mists of soluble and neat oils with presence of small quantities of particulate.
Darwin with double-centrifuge (D): filtration of air containing mists and vapours of soluble and neat oil with presence of small quantities of particulate. |

Micro Air's line of commercial air cleaners is designed to control airborne particulate and fumes that are present in commercial facilities. These include cigarette and cigar smoke, paper dust, toner dust, printing odors and solvents, carpet odors or other indoor air pollutants. With options like wall mount, flush ceiling mount, and below or above ceiling we will solve your specific air quality issues.
These Media units utilize a series of filters to collect the particulate. These include pre-filters, media bag filters, HEPA filters, and/or charcoal modules. Micro Air equipment can be configured with various combinations of media to most effectively capture the specific particulate or fume. |

Advanced Production methods often require very clean air and in many cases these requirements are certain to increase. For example the electronics industry needs a very clean manufacturing environment for their VLSI circuit production (VLSI - Very Large Scale Integrated). The pattern width on the circuits can be 1 micrometer or less. The need will be to control particle contamination down 1/10 of third dimension (0.1 micrometer).
The "heart" of the clean room is the filter, but there are a number of considerations regarding room classification, choice of filter, and how filters influence the environment.
Camfil Farr is recognized as the number one supplier of high efficiency filtration products for the microelectronics industry. HEPA/ULPA filters are produced within controlled environments in our ISO 9000 certified plants. We can produce the same type of filters at multiple manufacturing sites. Our large production capacity ensures the availability of our products at all times throughout the world.

Darwin: the innovation friend of the environment!
Thanks to Darwin, the air filter, that mounted on machine tools, cleans the air in work places, Losma has been among the marked companies to the prize the Innovation friend of environment 2002.
The event has been promoted by Legambiente, co-promoted by the Polytechnic of Milan and the Bocconi University, with the contribution of Confindustria and the sponsorship of the Lombardy Region and the Ministry of the Environment and the Protection of the Territory.
This acknowledgment rewards the engagement of the companies for continuous research and development of innovations compatible with the environment.
From the 1974 Losma operates in the field of the air filtering in industrial workplaces, with the maximum attention to the topics of the emergency and of the protection of the environment inside of the job places.
The Darwin air filter, patented, has been marked as personalized system, careful to the reduction of the energetic consumptions for the aspiration and cleaning of the air from oil fogs of machine tools.

All models in the air filter series can be coupled to special units that provide real and proper superfiltration. Their use permits many permutations and gives performance levels of up to 99.97% efficiency. These special units can be added at any time, even after the installation of the air filter. Guard: pre-filter for oil mist with swarf. Synthesis: electrostatic after-filter for smokes. Clipper: cartdrige after-filter for micro-mist. Microfilter: activated carbons after-filter for bad/hazardous odours.

Gemini represents the perfect solution for all cases where the customer in little spaces has the need of both a pre and post-filtration.
Thanks to the compact shape, Gemini adaptes very easely to all type of machine tools.
Gemini is supplied with a prefiltration stage and another filter with specific efficiency depending on the needs of the customer (>95% or >99,95% - Norms CEN EN 179/1822).
GEMINI has a particular design, already patented, which makes maintenance operations and filters replacement very easy.
Gemini is really customizable in fact it is possible to have different combinations of filters depending on the desired efficiencies and maintenance intervals even after the first installation.

The DELTOLE® is an oil mist collection unit which purifies and cleans the air in
working areas, decreases fire risk hazards and operator accidents and increases
productivity. It is especially recommended for all metal processing applications.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The DELTOLE® uses 4 fundamental principles to trap oil particles :
• The oil mist is separared by the fan impellor or by a cyclonic
system which allows the majority of oil particles to coalesce.
• The inertia force ensures that the droplets formed in this way are
retained and then migrate to the collection tank through a wire
knit filter.
• The diffusion forces with “Brownian” motion deal with the very
fine particles by means of a high efficiency filter used as an
option instead and in place of the last standard final filter.
• For use without recycling, a multi-layer wire knit filter can be
substituted for the final filters. The oil collected by the filter is
continuously evacuated by means of a siphon. |

Lina is the smallest oil mist separator in the 3nine product family. It was specially designed for small, enclosed machine tools, where the need for extraction vacuum is limited.
Lina has a capacity of 350 cfm (500m³/h) and is mounted on each machine tool. This saves floor sopace and unnecessary pipe work. It also makes it easier to move the machines when production requirements change. |
|
Emma is the big sister in the 3nine product family. Emma was designed specially for applications where a high air flow is essential, for example on very large or open machine tools.
Emma has a capacity of 1800 cfm (3000 m3/h). Multiple Emma's can be interconnected using the 3nine modular system to create a solution for flow rates above 1800 cfm (3000 m3/h). |
|
Clara is 3nine's best-selling oil mist separator. With a flow rate of 700 cfm (1,000 m³/h) it is suitable for most machine tools. Clara has been fitted to practically every type of machine tool for numerous customers in Sweden and elsewhere in Europe.
Clara operates solely on the centrifugal separation principle and therefore requires very little maintenance. Clara does not clog up like a filter - even under extreme conditions with high solids loading, such as the machining of casing and in grinding applications. |
|
The oil mist separator for tough applications
Petra is specially designed to handle applications having high degree of solid particles, such as grinding and polishing applications, machining of cast iron and heat treatment (quench oil) applications.
Petra has a capacity of 700 cfm (1,000 m3/h) and can easily be installed on the top of the machine tool it is suitable for most machine tools. This saves floor space and unnecessary pipe work and unnecessary maintenance on pipe, which is quite important in these types of applications, where allot of solid particles deposits in the pipes. It also makes it easier to move the machine tools when production requirements change. |

| Industrial air cleaners are suitable for extracting welding fumes in situations where it is impossible to use an extraction arm at source. They are suitable for treating regular and oily welding fumes originating from oil treated steel. The units are available in two capacities. The choice depends on the volume of air that must be treated per hour. |
|
| This portable cartridge system is a self-contained media air cleaner, perfect for welding fume extraction and other source capture applications in industry. The AQE 2000 air cleaner captures airborne contaminants such as welding smoke, grinding dust, plastic dust and other fine particles. Standard reverse pulse cleaning system extends life of cartridges. |
