The console-controlled range of MultiTest-x test frames display load, displacement and speed. Simple test programs can be created and stored.
The MultiTest-x has been designed specifically to meet the requirement for ease of routine use in QC laboratories, or production environments which are often not ideal areas for using a PC.

To carry out a precise, repetitive torque measurement,
it is often necessary to use a torsion test stand.
The TWIST, a 1 to 12 NM torsion test stand with combined Torque/Angle measurement provides this function.
The torsion meter enables torsion tests to be made on various samples such as springs, or metal or plastic parts.
It is made up of a horizontal, rigid test stand, with two rails to provide precision guidance.
Its calculating power enables it to record values coming from 2 different sensors simultaneously, monitor the set points and make a calculation for each channel.
On its display, it shows a Torque/Angle graph curve.
It provides the simplest, most versatile system for dealing with the most wide-ranging torsion tests in the workshop or in the laboratory.

Mecmesin offer a range of sophisticated Computer-controlled Test Frames. The Multi-test-i is available in a range of capacities to accommodate all your testing requirements, from the entry level MultiTest 1-i through to the advanced twin column test frames that have been specifically designed to test large or high load samples or products.
Intelligent loadcells mounted to the test frame allow the MultiTest-i to download data directly to a PC via the serial port at a rate of 2000 times a second. If your test requirements change then the MultiTest-i can easily be upgraded with a different load cell that meet your new testing requirements.
Emperor, Mecmesin’s powerful yet user-friendly control software, provides both a simple platform for routine analyses on the factory floor, as well as an advanced platform for sophisticated laboratory test routines. Programmable functions include running a test to a pre-determined force/torque, displacement, time or to break, as well as graphical interrogation of results.
Applications
The MultiTest-i range of motorised test stands can be used for many different applications including:-
Compressive testing
Deformation testing
Extension testing
Materials testing
Medical device testing
Packaging testing
Spring testing
Tensile testing
Textile testing
Top-load testing
Mecmesin offer a wide range of standard grips and fixtures, to hold your specimen. Alternatively, a custom-built fixture can be designed for your specific application.

The Vortex is a twin-column motorised torque testing machine. Speed is set with a rotary potentiomer controller. Either speed or total rotation is indicated on an LCD display. Torque is measured by a `smart` static torque transducer and displayed on an AFTI.

For precise repeatable and reproducible measurements, test stand is necessary in order to keep same test condition. It also negates the need for heavy manual labor when applying large forces, and makes the task of obtaining measuremnets more efficient.

The Crane Joint Rate Simulator (JRS Opta) is used for assembly tool performance testing. This is achieved by accurate and repetitive simulation of the joint without the use of a threaded fastener. The JRS can be configured across a range of joints from hard (20 degrees) to soft (720 degrees). Once the tool has finished its test cycle, the JRS Opta automatically releases the brake ready for the next test cycle. This has the advantage of speeding up the tool test procedure because there are no fixings to undo and no joint kits to back off and re-grease between test cycles

KRAL Volumeter® for research and production test stands. Laboratory measurement precision is achieved despite fast flow changes and fluid oscillations.
The ideal conditions at the Bureaus of Standards however show the potential of KRAL precision. The screw spindle-metering from the KRAL Volumeter is on one hand very robust and handles the oscillation from pressure waves. On the other hand, the spindles are very quick and can follow fast changes of the flow velocity. Optional pressure pulse compensation is available that detects transient fluid waves.
Please consider that we are a manufacturer of high quality displacement pumps and flowmeters for liquids. The products (pumps with magnetic couplings, high pressure flowmeters and flowmeters – chemically resistant) mentioned on this portal are only part of our product range. Please find more detailed information on our website or directly from us.
