NCSIMUL is a simulation software of complete machining, for the development, the optimization and the exploitation of programmes of machining for the machine tools with numerical control (MOCN).

- Automatic Nest Schedule
Automatic program creation following input into the nest schedule of part number / kit number, quantity required and priority to determine which components are the most urgent.
- Manual 'bump' nesting
The 'bump nesting module allows parts to be placed onto the sheet from a nesting schedule. Parts always jump to position nearest the cursor. Moving the cursor causes the parts to track around the shape of parts already on the sheet until the desired position is selected.

Solution for laser cutting in 3D
SICUBE is a system which allows the automatic management of the laser cutting machines and water 5 jet and 6 axes continuously. With the assistance of SICAD you have the possibility of importing the files of the models in 3D and of possibly modifying them, or of creating the new ones. Models on which it will be possible to generate the course of cutting.
Thanks to a meticulous control of the surfaces and curves to be cut out, the system determines the procedures of starter of entry and of exit, the cutting head has perpendicular to the points course determining the skeletal rules of work by the user.
The program guarantees a course of cut free from risks thanks to an automatic module of check of the collisions. |
