The CPG.0 cubicle range of the CPG system consists of series of SF6 gas insulated modular cubicles, GIS-type, for primary distribution configurations in medium voltage networks up to 36 kV

The Scimitar range has been built to meet stringent requirements and is corrosion resistant for durable outdoor and indoor use.
The switches are contained within a common stainless steel SF6 filled tank with the fuses mounted in air above the gas chamber. Each fuse is sealed against external influences and locked into its own chamber upon insertion. The units can be extensible for direct connection to form multiple plan switchboards without the need to access the gas chambers or for extra cabling.

DHSG-1 switchgear cabinet for twin drives with total load currents of up to 300A
The DHSG-1 flameproof switchgear unit was developed for coal-industry applications, but can also be used in other explosive mining atmospheres.
The DHSG-1’s extremely compact dimensions make it highly suitable for performing switching and control tasks on mobile mining machinery, such as loaders and drill jumbos, as well as for the protection of three-phase a.c. motors, transformers and lighting circuits.
The DHSG-1 switchgear unit offers the following advantages:
power-loss monitoring for overcurrent, short circuits and earth faults, including cold conductors
lighting output in the supply voltage with separate earth-fault monitoring
unit-running indicator in 42 V and 42 V output mode with earth-fault monitoring
intrinsically-safe controls with integral start-up warning and siren function
compact space-saving design.
The unit is designed for operating voltages of 500 V to 1000 V. Voltage switching is achieved by means of a simple plug changeover.

High-Voltage Switchgear
For high-voltage systems from 3.3kV to 24kV, AEC's metal-clad and metal-enclosed switchgear provide centralized circuit control . A complete line of functional units is available for control and protection of motors, transformers, generators, distribution lines, rectifiers, M-G sets, and similar power equipment. Each standard self-contained unit utilizes basic world reliable components including vacuum circuit breakers, magnetic blast breakers, instruments, relays, meters, instrument transformers, and control devices.
Convenient access to all components and use of vertical lift horizontal drawout breakers shortens the times necessary for inspection and maintenance.

Looking into the future!
Finland, Jyvaskala January 2006 Jean Mueller launched their new IP20 protected L-shaped busbar system for the Scandinavian market. This system was especially designed for the Jean Mueller, vertical SL-fuse switch disconnector cassette system to protect people from touching the live copper bars. Next to their already existing busbar solution with flat copper bars this completes the ranges for the Scandinavian market. The question now rises if there is an enclosure solution which can handle both busbar systems into one solution?
The Eldon answer for the ABB and Jean Muller Vertical cassettes
In close co-operation with both ABB and Jean Mueller, Eldon has developed a ready to use market solution for both types of cassettes. The SL-fuse disconnector of JM and the InLine cassette of ABB. The new enclosure type is called MCBAxxxxV for Vertical mounting of the units. Customers who are buying the Eldon Multi-Flex® solution can decide either to build-in the IP20 protected busbar system or the standards flat copper busbar solution. Both will fit.

Arc resistant switchgear channels the energy released during an internal arc fault in ways that minimize the potential for injury to personnel and damage to surrounding equipment. Across the line, this switchgear leads the way in arc resistant technology. It’s available in ANSI Type 1 or Type 2 construction with no larger footprint than the standard switchgear design. Circuit breakers are interlocked so they cannot be opened, closed or racked to the connected position with the arc resistant door open. This minimizes the opportunity for operator error. But arc resistant protection is important at every step, not just when opening and closing the circuit breaker, so our single-latch doors close and engage in a single action, which provides virtually automatic protection for the operator. The pressure release venting panels are maintenance-free.
