The oil management system controls the oil level in the compressor crankcase. The system consists of the following ESK-components:

The oil carried over by a compressor in parallel systems has to be returned in the same quantity under all operating conditions. ESK-Oil management systems provide this control and work reliable.

The controller DMM-4000/HCL monitor the oil layer in oil separator vessel by means of the sensors of the submerged probe HCL-240, in a way that, when the oil layer reaches a certain thickness the alarm relay switch ON, activating the extraction of oil.
Also, conversely, with a minimum configuration, allows to monitor water tanks in oil vessels.

The purpose of the Sporlan Oil Level Control is to regulate theflow of oil to the compressor crankcase to maintain a minimum oil level as specified by the compressor manufacturer for any given application. The Oil Level Control is adjustable between 1/2 sightglass and 1/4 sightglass at any pressure differential between 0.35 and 6.2 bar. As the level of oil is lowered in the compressor crankcase by being pumped out, the float of the Oil Level Control is lowered and opens a needle valve allowing oil to flow from the oil reservoir to the compressor crankcase.

Morgrip is a mechanical pipe connector used to replace the need for the welding of topside and subsea pipes in oil and gas, and petrochemical applications.
The Morgrip product has over 20 years of proven leak-free service history for permanent usage, and can be used for all sizes and pressure ratings of metal pipes, in critical and non-critical service.
Our innovative designs have produced a pipe connection which is equivalent in strength and sealing performance to that of a welded joint. This can be reliably achieved without hotwork and far more safely, simply and quickly than a welded joint.

MAMCO/LEFOO LF-20 PRESSURE SWITCH
Because of its special internal design this switch can tolerate high pressure spikes inherent on many pressure systems. The switch is factory calibrated but in the case that adjustment is needed in the field the switch offers an adjustment screw to facilitate any fine tuning required. The standard diaphragm employed by Mamco is polyimide (Kapton) making it compatible with many gases and liquids. Several other diaphragm materials are available that make the switch compatible with many mediums. Various electrical terminations are available including ¼ tabs and a metric-pack connector that forms a tight seal when connected.
Because of their ruggedness the Mamco LF-20 is a popular choice for the many OEM applications.

The engine-mounted switch features direct action contacts that are factory set to close below 15 psi (field adjustable between 14 and 24 psi). Normally closed or changeover contact options are available. A polyimide Kapton diaphragm gives compatibility with air, oil or other hydrocarbon media.

Lubricant analysis is a vital part of a predictive maintenance strategy. However, until now, this has been almost completely related with oils, despite the fact that around 80% of bearings are lubricated with grease.
Tribology knowledge and years of research have allowed SKF to develop a complete methodology to assess greases condition directly in the field.
The SKF Grease Test Kit TKGT 1 has been designed to properly apply this methodology. By using it, three different tests can be performed: consistency (patent applied for), oil bleeding properties and contamination.
This allows the user to have a good understanding of the grease condition and take decisions directly in the field. The SKF TKGT 1 includes guidelines for properly interpreting the results of the tests.
For fresh greases SKF TKGT 1 can help to establish the remaining shelf life of the grease, as well as assesing the consistency of the quality level among different production batches. When testing used greases, the results will help the user to evaluate such things as: the suitability of the tested grease for the application, the accuracy of relubrication intervals, and the possible sources when contamination occurs.
