E-Z Tec® Metal Detectors
Extremely sensitive metal detector capable of detecting ferrous,nonferrous and stainless steel metals in dry and conductive products produced in the food, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, paper, rubber and textile industries. In addition to protecting products from metal contamination, this metal detector is used to protect downstream equipment from costly damage.
Metalarm Metal Detectors
Used in the aggregate, coal and wood industries, the Metalarm Metal Detectors are designed primarily to protect downstream equipment from damaging tramp metal (i.e. digger teeth, axe heads, etc.), Other models are suitable for the plastic and textile markets, where smaller pieces of metal need to be detected.

ELCON
Single-face metal detector for installation on coveyor belts and material chutes.
The single-face metal detector ELCON is used to inspect poured or bulk materials, preferably of a thin nature, on belt conveyers or material chutes.
It detects all magnetic and non-magnetic metal contamination (steel, stainless steel, aluminum...) even if enclosed in the product.
On detection of metal, a signal device and a separation system can be activated or a signal can be send to the process controlling.

The R types provide highest performance in detecting magnetic and non-magnetic metals. Typically, applications are in the medical pharmaceutical sector as well as sanitary items, foods and chemical powders. The product falls through the R sensor head and an optional reject unit. With the reject unit smallest metal objects are separated out of the goods' stream promptly.

In many areas a quick analysis of the materials used is necessary. Examples here include sorting beverage cans made of aluminium or tin, or the differentiation of pipes made of different metals which have been manufactured in the same plant. Turck has developed an analogue inductive sensor for this purpose that not only processes the amplitude signal but also the phase signal. Both signals are output as analogue values and can be processed mathematically with the programmable I/O systems BL20 or BL67. The great advantage of this inductive analogue measurement is the distance independent detection of metals.

The RMS series of tunnel metal detectors (with circular aperture) are mainly used for inspecting bulk materials in pipeline systems (gravity or airborne feed). They are also often used in the ejection area of production machines to identify rejects or broken tools.

The RMS metal detector range is mainly used in industries where hygiene standards are less important. They are used to inspect products which have little or no product effect.

Metal detector ER model.
This is the star product of our range because of its resolution and simplicity of installation.
It consist of a detection coil that is mounted underneath the conveyor belt. When a piece of metal passes over the detector, mixed in with the stone, a signal is triggered that, duly amplified, is transmitted to the control switchboard and causes the feeder belt to come to a halt, at the same time as the acoustic and visual alarm indicate the detection.
