Alco-Knit is a resilient compressible conductive EMI knitted wire mesh gasket. Standard wire alloys are knitted into rectangular, round, dual rounds and P shape supplied in a variety of cross sections with or without fin. Alco-Knit is used to shield joint unevenness on enclosure applications requiring metal to metal contact. Alco-Knit is attached to mounting surfaces with adhesives, riveting or spot welded. Alco-Knit is supplied in cut to length strips terminated to prevent fraying ends, formed mesh gaskets fabricated to customer drawings or spooled.

Construction of an pre-crimped wire net is made by the interlacement of wires which form usually square mesh with constant openings. Could be supplied in rolls or in panels.
Usually, wire mesh with wire diameter bigger than 1 mm is known as woven wire net.
|
|
Alternatively the type of wire mesh can be identified by the Mesh Opening ( dimension between two consecutive wires).Standard square mesh wire cloths are plain weave manufacturedWith the same mesh openings and wires diameters are also manufactured:
Crossed Wires
Warp and weft wires are interlaced alternatively two by two.
Twill weave wire meshes
In order to compensate the instability of this kind of weave, the interlacement direction is regularly reversed and usually known as reverse twill weaved wire mesh (herring-bone weave).
Woven wire nets
Usually, wire meshes with wires diameters bigger than 1 mm are known as woven wire nets and identified by mesh opening and wire diameter.

Electrowelded wire meshes are made by wires welded in order to obtain constant openings. When manufactured in galvanized steel these nets can be produced using pregalvanized wire or they can be galvanized after welding. In this case the welded net is fully galvanized and is more resi- stant to atmospheric agents. The last one is usually available in stock

INDUSTRIAL WIRE SCREENS FOR ALL TYPES OF VIBRATING SCREENS
We manufacture Industrial Wire Screens for all types of Vibrating Screens. The most common types are those with hook strips fixed on two sides of the screen section, called either End Tensioning or Side Tensioning Screens.
For special Vibrating Screens there are screen sections with reinforced edges on all four sides.

OILES Hiplast
Tetrafluoroethylene resin composite bearing with metal mesh
STANDARD PRODUCT
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT
A thin wall of construction 0.5mm allows interference fit design
OILES Hiplast is a self-lub bearing consisting of bronze expanded metalmesh and Tetrafluoroethylene resin with fillers.
Features:
- Applicable in self-lub state. Shows low coefficient of friction, outstanding load carrying capacity and wear resistance.
- The thin wall thickness(0.5mm)for compact design.
- Shows an excellent resistance to chemicals and thermal stability.
- Very small clearance (to prevent rattling)could be attained by installing based on the method of installation unique to Hiplast.
- Due to the adoption of bronze expanded metal mesh, an excellent thermal conductivity.
