Sections / Profiled Tubes
The interchangeable tooling of thousands of existing section shapes allows Sadef to supply a perfect steel section in the right material (e.g. stainless steel, precoated steel, pregalvanised steel,etc.) as a ready for assembly component, and in your chosen colour.
Sadef offers a comprehensive range of rollforming possibilities. With strip ranging from 20 and 1000 mm in width and between 0.4 and 10.00 mm in thickness, variations are almost unlimited.
With 35 lines we enjoy a solid reputation in terms of flexibility.

Many of GHE's metal extrusions, in particular aluminium ones, are frequently used in combination with plastic or rubber sections to make up complete assemblies for specific applications, typical examples being hinge sections for luggage compartment flaps or decorative body mouldings which are height-adjustable. Various surface treatments are available, including anodising, powder-coating and painting, and GHE also specialises in stamping, piercing, stretch-bending, embossing and mitring .

FLOOR systems
Sadef has developed several fast track building systems for the realization of all sorts of floor constructions. By using integrated connections in the sections, floors can be assembled fast and with a minimum of bolts. In this way, cleats or extra connection pieces can be reduced to a minimum.
Sadef building components are lightweight and user-friendly. Building sites with limited access are no longer a problem, even without a crane!

Lubricating materials in industry often have an undesirable side effect: They can easily turn the safest of environment into dangerous ones. This problem is well understood by civil and structural engineers, and by the automotive industries. It is a particular problem for timber scaffolding boards. In the same way certain safety-relevant equipment such as high-water walkways or escape stairways can under adverse circumstances themselves turn into a source of danger.
We have several solutions that help to counteract these issues.
