GF PRIMUS metal separation systems remove magnetic and non-magnetic metal particles (steel, stainless steel, aluminium etc) from pneumatically conveyed bulk materials such as granulates and reground material. Metal contaminants (and inclusions) are removed by means of a reject flap (‘Quick Flap System’) without any interruption to the material flow, even at high flow rates.. Contaminated material is rejected into a container. The reject container is emptied automatically. The GF PRIMUS metal separation system is primarily used in industries where hygiene standards are less important. It is used for inspecting dry bulk materials.
The AGL series of metal separation systems is used to remove all types of metal from glass cullet or glass raw material. The entire material flow is inspected by a metal detector. If metal is detected the evaluation unit activates a reject flap which momentarily diverts the entire material flow into a separate outlet.
High sensitivity metal separators for installation in free-fall (gravity-fed) systems
E-Z Tec 9100 Metal Separators can detect all types of metal, including stainless steel, in a variety of industries, including plastics, wood, textiles and recycling. High speed diverter ensures minimum loss of clean product.
Removing non-magnetic metals, such as Aluminium, Copper, Brass) from 4 mm
