The Pneumatic Piston and Fluid Plunger Assembly is guided at both ends on TFE composite suppliers of bearings ensuring concentric movement of the plunger though the professional seals.

A true double sealing arrangement is used so that secondary seal containment is provided.
Lubrication has been simplified with the use of synthetic grease. The lubrication chamber is filled once over the life of the seals.
The bleeder is equipped with a barbed professional fitting for plastic tubing so that the fluid bled from the fluid chamber can be collected.
Both the discharge and suction non return valves have tough TFE composite seats for long life and positive sealing.
Threaded port after the secondary seal provides for the indication, collection or containment of any seal leakage. |

| For corrosive and abrasive media, which have to be dosed against higher pressures than 16 bar piston pumps can be fitted with a piston-industrial diaphragm system. The KMS system combines the advantages of leakage-free diaphragm dosing pumps and precise piston dosing pumps and thus ensures reliable dosing. |

Piston pumps manufacturers are precise and – compared to industrial diaphragm dosing pumps – almost pressure-independent metering units. The flow rate changes in proportion to the stroke length and can thus be adjusted to very small values. Fields of application are – among others – process engineering and chemical processes, i.e.: wherever the medium must be metered precisely.
The FEDOS E / DX piston dosing pumps from Lutz-Jesco are available at flow rates between 0.17 and 31.5 l/h, with or without microprocessor control. Depending on the size of the pump, maximum pressures between 30 and 200 bar are admissible.
If no control is required for constant metering, the motor is connected directly to the terminal housing. In this case, FEDOS E pumps are used. To change the flow rate, either the stroke length can be adjusted mechanically, or the speed of the motor is controlled by means of a separate frequency converter.
FEDOS DX pumps are used if an integration in controls or automatic control systems is requested.
FEDOS DX pumps allow the adaption to a large number of different control systems and system monitoring equipment. The signals required for the external avtivation of the pump can be simple voltage-free closing contacts from industrial water meters or controllers or analog 0(4)...20 mA signals.

MAGDOS LT is a solenoid-driven membrane pump with a state of the art microprocessor-controlled electronic.
The electronic provides power to the pump drive depending on the system´s pressure requirements thus reducing power consumption, noise level and heat generation. Due to the reduced heat generation MAGDOS LT operates at ambient temperatures of up to 45°C (113°F) depending on the chemical resistance of the wetted end material.
This dosing pump is available for a capacity range of up to 6 l/h and a maximum pressure of 6 to 16 bar. A flexible pressure adjustment is possible.
Double-ball check valves supplier ensure high accuracy even at smallest flow rates.
