The Gauge Buster Load, Stress and Load Rate Indicator is designed to replace dial gauges on materials testing machines. Features include an industry first Auto-Test-Reset mode for hands free operation, bar graph load rate display, permanent storage of test results and easy transfer of results into data base programs. The Gauge Buster LP offers all of the features of the standard Gauge Buster plus the addition of a second digital encoder input for measuring piston/crosshead travel. During each test, the Gauge Buster records load, displacement, time data and can be configured to display piston/crosshead travel rate. After each test has completed, the recorded data (XY data and results) can be downloaded to a PC with ADMETs WinCOM/WinCOM Plus Data Communications Program for further review and analysis. The Gauge Buster LP is sometimes used for soil/asphalt compaction.

HIGH-TECH replacement for VA METERS
The MASS-VIEW flow meter series are a digital alternative to the conventional variable area meters. The MASS-VIEW flow meter series incorporates a digital bar graph of actual gas flow as well as indicating flow units, gas type and totalised figures.
The MASS-VIEW series operates on the principle of direct thermal mass flow measurement. It offers a standard accuracy rating of 2%RD if the flow is higher than 50% of its maximum full scale and (1%RD + 0.5%FS) on lower flows, flow ratings from 0.2 up to 200 ln/min, and handles pressures up to 10 barg. The MASS-VIEW incorporates the latest OLED technology, which gives a brighter readout than LCDs, can be viewed from virtually any angle and has fast signal response times. Alarm settings and the selection of a gas/range are accessed via menu. An analog output signal enables data logging against various parameters and full accountability of gas flow.

The new Digital Indication and Control Instrument VarioFox from AFRISO is a compact, ready-to-connect universal measurement and control instrument with integrated sensor supply and 2 (also choice of 4) voltage-free switching outputs. The instrument is very easy to operate and to program due to its text-orientated menu guidance (German, English or French).
VarioFox features a measurement unit listing, where units can be freely edited, as well as a free scaling/calibration of start and end of scale display values (99.999 - 9,999) which allows for almost all possibly required parameter settings. For horizontal cylindrical and spherical tanks integrated calibration charts can be accessed. For non-linear vessels or specially fabricated tanks a customer- specific 24-point linearization is available. The highest and lowest operational values are memorized but can also be utilized as instrument-internal visual and audible alarms on request. An alarm mute/accept button on the front of the instrument requires the responsible operator to act and this in itself provides for additional operational safety.
The measuring instrument works off an AC 50-253 V or DC 20-253 V supply and integrates a sensor input (4-20 mA, 0-20 mA, 0-10 V) and two isolated separate analogue outputs (0/4-20 mA und 0-10 mA).

The dV-2 PS is a sophisticated digital pressure gauge with two independent pressure switch outputs. The gauge employs KELLERs proven microprocessor technology which produces highly accurate results. All readings are linearised and temperature corrected, to give an accuracy of 0,2 %FS.
There are two independent switches for High and Low control functions. These are solid state and therefore not subject to wear. The switch points are programmed directly from the two front panel buttons and a menu system. Alternatively, the dV-2 PS can be connected via the RS485 link to a laptop/PC, and configured using KELLERs Pressure Switch Console software. User defined configurations can be stored on the computer for future reference. Pressure sequences can also be monitored and recorded on the PC for application diagnostic purposes using KELLERs Read30 software.

Both extremely easy to use and micro-pic controlled for greater precision in measurement. The transducer is placed against the cylinder body 120mm below the calculated liquid gas level, (normally mathematically calculated). While retaining the transducer at this point the Comparator's ultrasonic level is set to around two or three divisions / bars-, by use of the 0-10 Tune Control. This gives a reference level against which the signal at the gas level / air interface is compared.
By slowly sliding the transducer up the cylinder body, you will arrive at the gas level / air interface. At this point the signal will rise sharply and this is visible on the Comparator usually as all 16 divisions / bars- appear and is due to the enhanced propagation of the Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW), across the liquid gas.
