Your Vibration Isolation Stage for Nanosurf AFMs
The Nanosurf isoStage — the world’s smallest commercially available active vibration isolation system — is available with adapted Sample Stages for Nanite, Mobile S and easyScan 2 AFM systems. The isoStage allows for placement of the Nanosurf Micrometer Translation Stage and easyScope as options for your convenience. It is the optimal isolation solution for your Nanosurf AFM systems, and protects your scans against vibration disturbances.
The isoStage features active isolation in all six degrees of freedom, is extremely small, and moderately priced! The isolation effect begins at 0.6 Hz and reaches 99.0% isolation (–40 dB) at 10 Hz. The setup of the isoStage Table is exceptionally easy. It does not require any adjustment or tuning prior to use. Just place your AFM on the isoStage as you would for your normal Nanosurf Sample Stages, pull the transport lock buttons, turn on the isoStage, and that‘s it!

Currently acoustic enclosures are only available for solid granite plates with dimensions B[mm]xL[mm]xH[mm]800x800x100.
The order number is composed of three blocks: AABTH-LA-PT.
The placeholder represent
AA: Either DT for isolation table or UG for base frame,
BTH: width, depth and height in decimeter,
LA: isolation quality either NV or S,
PT: type of base plate, G stands for solid granit, GT for granite-Al-com core, PI for precision aluminum
Optional the size (for example M6) and the grid extent of the thread grid is given in mm.
Example: DT1287-NV-G signifies a isolation table with the following dimensions: 1200×800×700 mm3 with NV150- air springs and a solid granite base plate. The addition : "M6100" would mean a grid M6- threaded with the distance 100x100m2.

PAT Tables: Precision-Aire Isolation Tables
Fabreeka's® Precision-Aire series table provides a self-leveling work surface and low frequency isolation in laboratories, cleanrooms and inspection areas where footfall and structural vibration can decrease performance reliability and accuracy.
The PAT tables are designed to support payloads of 400 lbs to 2,500 lbs [170 kg to 1100 kg]. A range of sizes and work surface options is available. (See tables below).
The work surface is isolated by four pneumatic isolators which have a vertical and horizontal natural frequency as low as 1.5 Hz. Leveling valves provide accurate, repeatable leveling of the work surface.
The pneumatic isolators utilize laminar flow damping, which improves settling after movement and stability for varying load conditions.

Capella 45
Application
Capella® 45 is a modular ceiling with high sound insulation of 45dB, thus making it possible to meet the high requirements of confidentiality of the conversations between two adjacent rooms with a suspended ceiling and a stall wall. Its frames 675 and 600mm and planks are adapted to every type of office.
Presentation
Capella® 45 is a complex of modular suspended ceiling consisting of a stone wool panel surfaced with white decorative tissue and a chamfered plasterboard of 13 mm. Capella® 45 is installed on a grid T24 mm.
Execution
The Capella® 45 ceilings are easily dismountable and are installed on an adapted framework T24 mm (surface mass Capella® 45 = 14 kg/m2). The Capella® 45 panels should be installed in accordance with the regulations of the DTU 58.1 standards NFP 68203-1 & 2 and other DTU in force according to the nature of the buildings.

The KEMPER sound insulating partitioning wall system can be built into any design combination due to different modular elements. The columns and struts consist of sectional steel, which is finished with UV-ray absorbend powder coating.
The sound insulating elements [1.000 x 1.000 x 50 mm] consist of perforated plates and a filling of compressed mineral wool which is non-flamable. Furthermore the mineral wool plates are laminated with black glass fibre fleece material.
Out of these components is is easy to construct complete welding bays, in which exhaust arms could be mounted. The outside facing columns can be fitted with different mounting devices for curtains, welding strips, etc.

High level of acoustical and thermal insulation. The foam has high working temperature. The low thermal conductivity and the high sound absorption
coefficient make the material specially suitable for the insulation of all types of hull and when lightweight is required. The final product is easy to cut in the right dimensions and can be easily fixed with glue or pins. The foam can be hydrophobic (H version) and covered with different foils aluminium, hydrophobic & oleophobic vlies, adhesive...). The grey colour variation has no effect on the product performances.

In the process control and automation field, often the need arises of interfacing low level signals generated by thermocouple, Pt-100, load cell, current and voltage transducers, LVDT etc.. to the process controllers, PLC, DCS etc..
