TUBE TOOL is a complete solution for non-contact measuring inspection of tubes.
The Romer sensor is mounted on the OMEGA arm and associated to G-Tube software. It uses a non-contact laser technology offering workshop operators a fast, reliable and user-friendly way to measure.
The non-contact sensor avoids deformation during tube measurement, and is specifically designed for measuring tubes, wires and hoses. Thanks to Romer technology, tangents are measured without contact with the tube, permit to calculate the neutral fibre (X, Y, Z) and to determine the LRA (Length, Rotation, Angle) or T1MpT2.

The AMPG permits rapid measurement of tubes and pipes in conjunction with laser tube measuring forks and FUTUREX TUBE software from ZETT MESS. The tube-measuring fork is slipped over the tube at the required measuring point. This interrupts two diagonal laser beams to generate a total of four switching points that are used to define the position. This tube measuring assembly can be used to measure all types of tubes and pipes ranging from the finest hydraulic tubes to exhaust pipes and even large pipes. ZETT MESS supplies tube-measuring forks in four sizes.

General description:
Also in our double head end deburring equipment line is our Abtex tube deburring system. The system pictured is a hopper fed unit that deburrs both ends of tubes at a rate of up to 100 tubes per minute. Adjustments are easily made for varying tube dimensions. Once the system is activated, the hopper aligns the work pieces and directs them into the brushes. De-burred tubes exit the back of the deburring machine directly into boxes for shipment or into work bins for easy transport to other work stations. The Abtex tube deburring system is built to customer specifications.

The automatic feed is the most popular choice, allowing the deburring machine to be installed in-line with the full range of Bewo automatic circular saws, saving many man hours and making automatic cycling possible. The DB-90 has 300 mm diameter brushes with a length of 600 mm. Bewo deburring machines are designed to deburr round, square and rectangular tube.

HEADER TUBE PUNCHING MACHINE :
The Header Tube Punching Machine is hydraulically operated and is suitable for punching holes in copper tubes. The center distance of the holes is 25.4mm. Each hole is punched by pressing the button located on the carriage. After every punching stroke, air is blown through the mandrel to blow out the punched blank. The tube clamp can be rotated to punch holes at different angular positions. The carriage houses the tube clamping assembly and this carriage is locked in position by a mechanical arrangement during the punching operation.

The PI85 hydraulic press is specifically designed for die-cutting tubes for the various cylinder locks available on the market, covering more than 90% of the models.
It permits the simultaneous cutting of the mechanism box hole with those for the latch and deadbolt. It is also possible to make the latch and deadbolt cuts independently in order to vary the distance between them.
The PI85 Incorporates a system with a scale In millimetres that controls the distance between the mechanism box and the latch and deadbolt from 18 to 37 mm approximately.
A distance between axles of 85 mm. Adjustable entrance points of 20, 25, 30, 35 mm.
