Metrotomography allows you to measure the interior of a workpiece: all recorded data can be applied to all areas of quality assurance and be evaluated. Non-destructive testing technology, such as assembly inspection, damage and porosity analysis, material inspection and defect checks, is possible as well as traditional evaluation, reverse engineering applications or a comparison of geometries. More on Metrotomography®, the fusion of metrology and tomography, can be found here.

API`s Swivelcheck™ was created for the measurement of swivel axes and tilt tables. Many original equipment manufacturers in machine tool manufacturing, as well as metrology service providers, metrology calibration laboratories and repair shops use this highly precise inclination sensor, which does not need to be mounted on to the center of rotation.
The main areas of application of the Swivelcheck™ Precison Sensor:
Calibration of vertical rotation axis and tilt tables
Evaluate Vertical Rotary Axis and Table Performance
Measurement of tables and axles when used with API´s 5/6D™ or XD™ systems
Safe and userfriendly
In a short period of time the Swivelcheck™ is operationally. The intuitive user surface of API´s Swivelcheck™ software requires only a minimum training course. All measurements can be automatically implemented. The sensor works perfectly with API™s 5/6D™ and XD™ Laser.
Swivelcheck™ Software:
Simple and easy set-up and configuration
Graphical Representation of Error
Summary Error Analysis for Compensatory Purposes
Zero-Anywhere-Functionality for efficient measurements

The Verimet U1000 System is a Modular Automatic Universal Instrument (MAUI) designed to perform gaging, nondestructive eddy current testing, and other real time measurement data acquisition operations. The U1000 replaces all the eddy current and gaging instruments previously sold by K. J. Law Engineers over the years with a single modular instrument system having all their capabilities and more. The U1000 can perform eddy current testing from ultra-high frequency flaw detection to low frequency hardness verification and case depth prediction. Its gaging capabilities process input from LVDTs and Air Circuits to perform difficult dynamic measurements, and includes advanced filtering and spindle-compensation capabilities. The U1000 was developed using the latest hardware and software standards to allow it to integrate with other devices and systems and to evolve with emerging standards.
