Camera-based automatic equipment for the control of the whole production, such as springs and other profiles. Up to 3 cameras can be inserted. The system is equipped with a PC based on Windows XP and on the EASYDUR software for image analysis. The operator can program it as needed, being the software very open, flexible and intuitive. All the results are stored, thus allowing to obtain statistics and to print customizable certificates in Excel format.

The URM-K measuring instrument is a very flexible device to inspect profiled components, such as profiled shafts. The traditional place for the unit to be used is on the shop floor directly next to the production machine. This location is ideal for quick and reliable sampling inspections.

CL-2400 - Non-Contact Thickness Meter
The CL-2400 is designed for measurements on conductors, such as aluminum discs, and semiconductors, such as silicon wafers. Thickness is measured as the material under measurement passes through the gap formed between two opposing gap sensors. The CL-2400 can be used for static or running thickness measurements. BCD output, RS-232C interface, and remote control inputs are provided for external control, analysis, and measurement automation.

Hydraulic pressure testing system that monitors and diagnoses fluid systems in a snap. Snap-Check enables machinery manufacturers to test system pressure quickly, easily, and leak-free. In the case of larger equipment, Snap-Check enables system pressure to be checked both after it is assembled at the factory and following reassembly at customer locations. The low-profile system identifies operating pressure and surges, without the need for a permanently installed gauge or transducer.
Requiring only one hand for connection and disconnection, CEJN Series 358 couplings and nipples make up the most user-friendly pressure testing system available. The Snap-Check system offers:
- Working pressures up to 60 MPa
- Smooth operation in temperatures from -40° F to +212° F
- Standard red plastic dust caps or optional metal screw-on caps that keep the system clean and free from grit and dirt when not in use

IEDScout is a universal client to IEC 61850 servers - such as substation IEDs - and a publisher/subscriber for GOOSE messages. It provides numerous useful functions needed in the substation or the laboratory.
As an IEC 61850 client it supports many functions, from generic reading/writing of data attributes to using the self description of the IED and producing SCL files from it. It detects GOOSE messages on the network and monitors them. The IEDScout also simulates GOOSE messages. With IEDScout, the protection engineer has new options to enhance the depth and quality of testing.

Designed to slip easily into the bed of a pick-up truck, Seraphin® Slip-On Volumetric Calibration Unit can speed the job of calibrating multiple fuel dispensing units, while at the same time, enhancing safety. The unit consists of three 5 gallon or 20 liter NIST compliant bottom drain provers individually plumbed to 80 gallon stainless steel transfer tanks. The 80 gallon configuration allows for up to 48 calibration tests before returning to the fuel station's storage tank for dumping.
