MIG
Step-regulated industrial MiG/MAG
MIG is a range of robust, step-regulated, user-friendly and all-round machines for MIG/MAG dip-transfer or spray-transfer welding, from sheet metal and light structures to thick walls. Primarily develop-ed for mild steel but also applicable for stainless steel and aluminium.
MIG machines:
Many variants
There is always a MIG machine with high duty cycle for inten-sive quality welding day after day. Some models are supplied as C (compact) versions, others as STB versions (STB for separate wire-feed unit) and with option-al air-cooling or water-cooling.The many variants are designed based on the four primary models: MIG 305, 385, 445 and 545. The largest models feature four choke connections and up to 36 voltage steps.
The strong choke spool ensures fine ignition in dip-transfer welding and makes it possible to weld with solid or flux-cored wires in dimensions from 0.8 mm.MiG 385 STB MiG 445 STB MiG 545 STB 3 x 230 V/400 V 3 x 230 V/400 V 3 x 230 V/400 V 40-385 A A 40-445 A 40-545 A Energy-saving standby function for water pump/fan.MIG is supplied with several variants of both open and closed types of wire-feed units featuring four-spool drive and quick change of wires and spools. It is possible to use small or large wire spools or to feed wire from a drum.

PSM 708
The PSM 408, PSM 508 and PSM 708 models are synergic power sources with electronic technology. The dynamics of these systems have been carefully studied for MIG/MAG continuous wire welding on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium, in both Short-Arc and Spray-Arc mode.
The models PSM 408-508-708 are provided with complete functions for Mig/Mag welding in manual and synergic mode, and guarantee optimal welding dynamics. The SCR electronic technology with digital control provides accurate linear regulation of the welding current voltage, permitting easy parameter regulation even at a distance.
Optimal starts (Hot-Start Mig Soft-Start and Burn-Back) and above all safety and dependability in all operating conditions.
The SYNERGIC control panel with numerous programs stored, makes these power sources extremely simple to use and suitable also for non-expert personnel. The Auto-Setting device allows the power source to automatically compensate for mains voltage variations, maintaining welding arc stability. The current and arc voltage values are shown on the digital display and at switch-off the last welding condition is stored.
The synergy permits automatic optimal setting of all the parameters, with extreme simplicity. All you have to do is determine, according to the type of material/gas used and the wire thickness, the ideal program in the table of synergic curves and then set the value of one of the following parameters: material thickness, welding current, wire speed.
