The Univers 4000, at the entry level of the Unisign range of vertical machining centres, is a very flexible and reliable vertical machining centre which offers powerful and accurate machining at a very competitive price. Typical features are the extended Y- and Z-axis of respectively 600 and 500 mm and the upgraded spindle of 26 kW (S1-100%) and 12.000 rpm.
The Univers 6 has gained the reputation of an extremely flexible and reliable machining platform that, due to its flexible design, has found numerous applications throughout the metalworking industry. The vertical clamping front, which has become a trademark for the UNIVERS machines, enables the integration of very specific features such as customer specific fixtures, horizontal and/or vertical rotary tables as A-, B- or C-axis, etc. The right angular head with automatic tool change offers multi-sided machining capabilities.
The Univers 6 C-1 is based on the very successful Univers 6 and is equipped with carousel turning station for components up to approximately Ø 1.000 mm x 400 mm.

VMC 4525, VMC 6030 and VMC 8030 are designed for machining large parts. With these machines, large parts can be easily loaded on the table from the front or side doors.
The MAG Fadal VMC 4525, with XYZ travels of 45"(1,143mm) x25"(635 mm) x24"(609.6mm) and 53.5" (1,359mm) x 25" (635mm) table, is a robust machine with heavy cast iron construction. Included is a high torque spindle, that reduces cycle time for heavy cutting operations including steel.

The cutting envelope of this machine is 60" (1,524mm) x 30" (762mm) x 30" (762mm) for axes X, Y and Z and easily allows larger 4 and 5 axes rotary tables to function within the spacious machining cube. KX The Classic HURON
As far back as 1993, Huron presents a very innovating concept of high speed multiaxes machines. KX milling centres have been launched in 1998, portal type and mobile table with 3 axes.

Features:
The machine base, columns, cross beam, work table, slide ways, head and all cast parts are of top grade Meehanite Cast Iron. All components are subjected to annealing, which dispels any internal stress and prevents deformation.
The Z axis is built with tough cast iron box construction designed for heavy loads and analyzed for internal stress, also reinforced with rugged internal rib support.
Ultra wide ladder type cross beam with dual LM linear guide ways ensures rigidity of the spindle and wards off tilting.
Both X and Y axes are equipped with high precision heavy duty LM guide ways.
The standard integrated direct drive spindle employs two pairs of ultra-precision taper roller bearings with oil chiller cooling system. Long nose spindles are available as per customer requirements.
All three axes adopt pretension super precision hollow core ball screws integrated with a flow- through pressurized coolant system for constant cooling.
The disc type system is fast and compact. Arm movement is smooth with excellent repeatability. Tool change time is 2.5 seconds (BT40).
Dual screw type chain driven chip conveyers eliminate debris efficiently.
Every machine undergoes parameter laser testing and fine tuning before shipment. Each comes with its own certificate of laser testing.
The Z axis is balanced with Nitrogen in conjunction with dual pneumatic cylinders Nitrogen cushioning of the headstock for automatic balancing during vertical motion.
The multi-speed spindle is matched with top quality German-built Z.F. dual section gear box. Fully sealed immersion type lubrication with oil chiller circulates coolant and keeps the machine running cool.
The control panel positioning is adjustable so that operators get the most advantageous viewpoint throughout various stages of processing.
