TK 428 - 3-axis CNC vertical machining center.
Structure robustness and high stability of all components of this machining center allow the TK 428 model to be used not only to perform machining operations on light alloys and similar materials but also on materials that require higher performances (i.e. steel, iron, etc.). The peculiarities of the machine assure an excellent superficial finishing and a better machining accuracy.
This machining center is designed for drilling and conventional milling processes and also for copy-milling operations on aluminum extruded profiles and other materials, including steel profiles up to 10 mm thick, steel reinforced PVC, and various other plastics or wood.
Standard versions are available in 3 machining lengths: 3500, 6500 and 8000 mm. Upon request the machining center can be manufactured in different lengths in order to meet the special needs of each customer.
Over the years TEKNA has produced various versions of the TK 428 model customizing it in order to machine composite and sectional panels. TEKNA has designed several systems for clamping, for automatic loading/unloading processes, for the moving of profiles as well as dust suction systems.

TK 429V - 3-axis CNC vertical machining center with superior machining capability in Y (2000 mm). It features a clamping system made up of vacuum tables that allow panels and plates to be held by vacuum; this solution is useful to obtain an extremely efficient machining of thin components that could hardly be fixed by means of a traditional clamping system.
The TK 429V is equipped with a series of valves that turn on/off different areas of the machining table, thus concentrating the suction on one area and optimizing the clamping of components with limited dimensions.
This machining center is designed for drilling and interpolated milling operations on composite panels, panels and plates in aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and on aluminum profiles.
Standard versions are available in 3 machining lengths: 4000, 6500 and 8200 mm. Upon request the machining center can be manufactured in different lengths in order to meet the special needs of each customer.
The two longer versions of this model can be used in the TWIN mode that allows to divide the machining area into two distinct areas thus reducing the idle time due to loading/unloading operations.
It is available also in the TK 429VF version that is equipped with 4 machining axes.

TK 429 P - 3-axis CNC vertical machining center.
Specifically designed to manufacture sectional panels, this model is equipped with a clamping system that can be rapidly adjusted to the width of the loaded panel, in order to fix panels with different widths without modifying the tooling-up of the machine. It features a fixed bar and a mobile bar that shifts along the Y axis and performs the clamping operation through pneumatic pistons.
Rollers mounted under the machining table ease the movement, allowing the simple loading/unloading of panels and the removal of chips.
This machining center is designed for drilling and conventional milling processes and also for copy-milling operations on aluminum and steel sectional profiles, for industrial heavy doors and garage doors and for sandwich panels with polyurethane foam cores for walls and coatings, etc.
In order to simplify the machining process, TEKNA has developed a software for the manufacturing of industrial doors, that is able to automatically create programs.

FB127
The FB127 vertical machining center has been developed with all of the various machining elements needed for high-accuracy jobs that do not allow even a few microns of error. Among other products, the FB127 is well-suited to machining ultra-precise jigs, pressure plates for dies/molds and X-Y tables for precision machines. An ultra-low vibration spindle facilitates fine boring, and outstanding dynamic performance free of lost motion supports contour machining A jig grinding head attachment is also available for machining hardened materials. In addition, Hale Machining can be done with non-rotary tools using the Cs axis, and high-quality machining can be performed with a ball end mill. These and other remarkable capabilities of the new FB127 go far beyond the normal performance of ordinary machining centers.

HS650L
Super High-accuracy milling machine
The Sodick dynamic linear technology comes into operation with the new Sodick high-speed milling machine HS650L as well.
The very high specification for the HS650L results in extremely high levels of accuracy, far beyond those normally associated with high speed milling, making it particularly appropriate for mould and die applications which call for maximum precision and surface quality, for example in the optical and electronic communication sectors.
This high precision, linear motor drive machining centre offers the high rigidity, accuracy and performance that customers have come to expect of the smaller HS430, but with a larger table, extended stroke and open height, increased maximum tool length, and double the linear motor output power.
To ensure that the very high levels of dynamics and precision can be applied optimally to work-pieces, the HS650L machine bed features a cast construction for rigidity and stability – as evidenced by the machine weight of 7,200kg. However, while the machine itself offers solidity and strength, the software to operate it is lightning fast state-of- the-art technology, using the Sodick Motion Control closed regulating system which ensures that impulses from the direct measuring system are sent via the CNC core in real time, without detours, directly to the drive regulator.
