FRANKEN Alu-Jet-Cut end mills
The Alu-Jet-Cut end mills were developed especially for HPC-volume machining in aluminium materials. Due to highest surface qualities on all working surfaces and due to a special micro geometry, in connection with a tough carbide substrate, highest machining volumes can be realised with a great degree of process safety. These end mills are available in a diameter range from 10 to 25 mm with the most important corner radii.

Stellram's thread mills complete a thread in one machine set up. Tools with NPT, NPTF, BSPT, BSW thread forms produce internal, external, right hand and left hand threads with the same tools. They produce easy to handle chips, minimize power requirements and interrupted cuts and casting mis-match is no problem. Excellent surface finish eliminates deburring operations. Multi-start threads are easy to produce and there are no broken taps to remove.
|
|
|
The standard threading programme of DIXI Polytool comprises complete ranges of thread mills (ISO, UN, BSP, BSPT, NPT, NPTF norms), whirling tools as well as micro taps.

Vargus MiTM - The FASTest Indexable Thread Milling Tool!
Vardex MITM Thread Milling Cutters with indexable inserts
The NEW MITM thread mill is designed to reduce cycle time when generating large threads by using long inserts in a multiple-flute holder. MiTM allows significant increases
in feed rates and reduced the number of machining passes. MiTM threading tools make use of two cutting edges per insert, which considerably extends tool life.

MultiVario - the upper class concerning chip production
The MultiVario-Cutter is the result of the progress made before concerning HW (HM) and HS (HSS) milling tools. The aim of the development was, above all in the field of the chip production of XPS material (extruded Polystyrol), to design a milling tool that is able to achieve moreover best surface qualities under high production conditions.
It appeared rather directly that in depend-ence of the diameter generally not more than 24 knife-edges could be arranged on account of the to some extent existing complicated tongue and groove forms.
Besides the cutting material did set a limit to the further development of the shaping of
the cutting edges so that it certainly succeeded in improvements but still having been not quite sufficient to declare it a pioneer development.
This is why we applied new methods and developed a milling tool with respect to quality and versatility that can be made suitable for your material to being pro-cessed. You won%u2019t find a second one of this construction!
Perfect surface quality of economical highest standard - this is the characteristic line in favour of which you may decide the acquisition of the MultiVario-Cutter.
The result shows a clearly increased profit with regard to:
- operating safety
-handling and control of the tool
- efficiency by higher chip production
and unparalleled product quality

DIA-Tools for the Highest Precision
By working requirements and construction possiblilities, DIA-tools are made in the bonded form (e.g. cutters, saw-blades, drill and surface cutters or with substitute cutting edges e.g. cutting heads or cutting tools).
Also all known tool forms can be produced with polycrystalline diamond cutters. The cutting geometry of the DIA-tools (e.g. hook, cutting angle and back angle) are specially made to suit the materials to be cut.

ISCAR has a wide range of ball nose end mills.
Solid carbide cutters are available for the smaller diameter ranges.
Standard carbide inserts with indexable cutting tools begin at 8 mm (.315") and extend up to 50 mm (2.0").
Considerably larger sizes are available for special custom made orders.
FLEXFIT, a modular system, enables assembling a ball nose end mill to any of a variety of lengths, depending upon the application. This is an ideal solution for the die and mold industry.
Also available are end mills with round inserts for large sculptured surfaces and round corners.
