V440 Cutters
The V440 cutters have a robust design ideally suited for roughing and semi-finishing applications. The two flute design offers maximum productivity, with additional inserts providing shank protection on larger cutters. The inserts have two indexes for greater economy. The two top form geometries improve reliability and performance. Additionally, two PVD coated grades are available to ensure longer tool life. The V440 system is designed to take the most punishing cuts in the most difficult to machine materials.
