Industrial Purpose Toggle Switches - AC/DC Rated
The Industrial Toggle Switch Line employs a Quick-make/Quick-break wiping action contact mechanism. Large, well separated terminals reduce the possibility of electrical creepage and insure separation of loose wire strands from adjacent leads. These switches are designed for heavy duty applications, such as industrial power tools and floor cleaning/polishing equipment.
Circuits: 1PST, 2PST, 2PDT. Maintained contact action.
Contact Mechanism: Quick-make/Quick-break wiping action.
Contact Material:
Movable - Copper silver plated.
Stationary - Bronze silver plated.

The K4 series snap-in toggle switches are rugged, high performance sealed switches designed for use under severe conditions found in marine, appliance, heavy equipment and industrial control applications. They are totally sealed so the switch can withstand direct water spray and submersion, even during operation. They are designed to meet the international submersion specification level IP68. An optional panel seal is also available.
The K4 series is offered in single and double pole configurations. Toggle action includes 2 and 3 position, momentary and maintained operation in a combination of 13 variations.
Mounting is simple and quick; snaps into panel from the front. The OTTO snap-in design supports a variety of panel thicknesses with just one cut-out size specified.
Existing unsealed applications are easily upgraded to sealed functionality because the K series drops into existing panel cut-outs.
A choice of models are offered to handle current from 16 amperes to low level electronic switching levels.

RF / Microwave Configurable Switching and Sub-systems
The Giga-tronics' ASCOR Series 8000 line of switch products are based on rugged electromechanical switches and microwave relays rated for use from DC to 40 GHz with low insertion loss and high isolation route signals under remote control to simplify and improve automated test systems.
The standard Series 8000 offers GPIB, USB and Ethernet LAN communication interfaces. A self-contained design, with built-in power supplies, microprocessor controller board and up to 256 relay coils, makes it very easy to implement a microwave switch system. It is design to host all combination of microwave relay switches, terminated or non-terminated: SPDT, SP4T, SP6T, SP8T or Transfer switches. With a standard SCPI commands, the control interface provides with the ASCOR Series 8000 for ease of operation and configurability.
With the flexibility and versatility design, the Series 8000 is ideal platform for custom applications. It is geared to control any or all of the various switch types on the front panel or host switching system internally. The Series 8000 switch assemblies are supplied in standard light-weight enclosure and can be mounted in half or full width rack from 2U to 7U.
