CYCLOPS
The Cyclops is a very flexible Bin tumbler designed for blending and homogenising powders and granulates. The machine rotates containers (bins) and is able to generate an efficient mixing effect thanks to the container being tilted by 15° as compared to the rotation axis.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- High productivity: the containers are hermetically closed so that different bins containing different products can be mixed in sequence on the same machine without the need for cleaning or decontaminating the tumbler.
- Universal Bin blocking system "Trigon System" to completely block and blend a large series of Bins without additional devices and spacers.
- In case of "difficult" product blending, the rotation axis of the Trigon System can be inclined also referring to a vertical plane to create a double inclination rotating system.
- Possibility to install the machine "through the wall" to save space in the processing area.
- Customised Bin holders available on request.
CANGURO
Canguro is a Bin tumbler designed for blending and homogenising powders and granulates. The machine rotates containers (Bins) by means of a standard blocking system.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
- High productivity: the containers are hermetically closed so that different bins containing different products can be mixed in sequence on the same machine without the need for cleaning or decontaminating the tumbler.
- Easy Bin loading.
- Single arm frame.
- Double 15° inclination angles for high efficient blending.
- Over-rotation feature for product levelling inside the bin.
- Possibility to install the machine "through the wall" to save space in the processing area.

JOGINDRA Ribbon Blender is suitable for PVC Dry Blends. It is specially designed for those compounds which require higher ratio of plasticization such as used in Footwear, Pipes, Cables etc. The blender construction is 'U' type made of stainless steel and jacketed around for heating by circulation of heated oil or heating system provided at lower part of blender. the homogeneous mixing is done by special spiral type mixing tool combination of radial & axial design operating at low speed. The mixed material can be directly transferred to Vertical or Horizontal mixer for further processing.

JOGINDRA Vertical Cooling Mixers are suitable for quick cooling of directly transferred Dry Blends from High Speed Mixer. The cooling rate is high due to the special design by providing cooling ring and stirring blade. The cooling ring and stirring unit in the vessel are detachable for easier cleaning and non-routine maintenance. All the internal parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel.
The Cooling Mixer can be connected to every type of High Speed Mixer to meet customer's requirement.

The ORU MS planetary pan mixers with vertical shafts allows the rapid mixing of all types of quality concrete (dry, semi-dry and plastic). The great versatility of the ORU MS pan mixer enables it to be used not only in the production of concrete, but also in the mixing of materials for the production of glass, ceramics, refractory materials, etc. The electric motor is characterized by high efficiency, low power input and "soft" start up even with a full load, thanks to a mechanical coupling and a hydraulic coupling*, which protect the transmission devices from overloads and impacts.
The reduction unit, specifically designed for a balanced distribution of power to the various mixing devices, ensures a low-noise rotation without backlash even under severe working conditions.
The pan mixers can be charged by means of a conveyor or skip.
All the ORU pan mixers meet European Standard regarding health and safety in the workplace.

The ORU MT Turbomixer gives a perfectly mixed concrete in very short mixing times. The outstanding features of the ORU MT are: The MIXING PAN, of steel plate construction, installed in a square frame (which contains the mixing ratiomotor); the pan has a circular shape with a central ring which, connected to a ring gear, provides the mixing movement. It is possible to have up to 4 discharge doors. The whole mixing pan is protected by a cowling to keep dust inside, and a microswitch stops the operation of the mixer when the inspection door is opened. The BOTTOM AND WALLS OF THE PAN: the pan?s interchangeable and bolted sectors are made of thick steel plate with a hardness of 120 HB. On request: wear-resistant material. The MIXING ARMS (variable in number, depending on the model) are suitably shaped to create a uniform sequence in the rotation pattern. The whole arm is supported on the mixing rotor with bushings in the rotation sleeves. An adjustable reaction lever with a cushioning spring protects the arm from torsional stresses and returns it always in the mixing position. The MIXING BLADES are made of Ni-Hard wear-resistant cast iron with an average hardness of 630 HB, particularly suitable for the burdensome mixing task. The DISCHARGE is driven by a hydraulic cylinder which, in the automatic version, is provided with limit switches. The hydraulic central unit is provided with a manual pump to use in case of emergency discharge. The REDUCTION UNIT, of epicycloid type, has been specifically developed to support the strong stresses exerted during the mixing process and the burdensome operating conditions. The reduction unit is supported by a frame bolted to the central body of the mixing tank. The MIXING MOTOR (of different power, voltage and frequency depending on the model) is made with tropicalized insulating materials, with IP55 protection rating.

The mixing hopper is made of heavy-gauge steel sheet. It is supported by two axles with four wheels that run on two guides and it is moved by two hydraulic cylinders. Inside the hopper is lined with wear-proof material subdivided into interchangeable parts. In the top part of the hopper there is the loading mouth which during loading and mixing is hermetically sealed by rubber seals in contact with the bottom part of the batching hoppers, thereby preventing dust and splashes of concrete from coming out. An inspection gate has been created on the top to view the mix. The discharging mouth is mechanically operated. During working operations it is in the middle-top part of the mixer, during unloading the tank is moved outwards and rotated to bring it down. The mixing shaft is formed by flanged arms carrying the semi-helix-shaped blades. The blades are composed of a fixed support and an interchangeable part subjected to wear. The rotation axle rests on a support subdivided into two completely separate parts. The outer part contains the bearings (on which the shaft turns). In the inner part of the mixer a set of labyrinth oil-bath seals are fitted to prevent material from coming out during mixing (automatic and manual greasing). An oil-bath reduction unit powered by a fluid power motor turns the shaft. The single-axle mixer (the heart of the system), owing to its operating system, can mix the various types of material with different specific gravities, such as light concretes, expanded concretes, expanded clay, polystyrene, sandy mixes, mortars and concretes of all classes (from S1 to S5 with no difficulty whatsoever). Owing to the layout of the helix-shaped blades which create a flow and a backflow, movement of the material inside the mixing case takes place by continuous lifting/overturning together with movements from right to left and vice versa. As may be easily understood and demonstrated, this type of motion is the most effective and allows the mixing of materials that differ from one another, both in terms of specific gravity and class (at the most the mixing time changes). In the case of very wet concretes (class S5) or with higher mixing time than standard, with this mixer no adverse effects take place on the material (segregation of materials) and no grout comes out of the discharge mouth, as occurs in other types of mixers with the outlet located in the bottom part during mixing. In addition, also with very dry concretes (class S1 ? slump 2/3) the effect of overturning the material warrants the quality of the mix.
