This dynamic mixer is designed for sludge stabilization with quick lime or hydrated lime. Its design allows its location in existing or new installations.
Two rotating shafts, with opposite & secant pitches combining adjustable paddles and continuous thread improve the mixing quality in relation with the sludge progress inside the mixer body.
The shape of the paddles and thread profile can be plain, with spigot or toothed according to sludge characteristics. |

GCM(Gericke Continuous Mixer) has many references in the food industry, construction chemical and plastic industry. Recently the demand for the Pharmaceutical execution is increasing, as continuous processes are gaining more attention in the Pharma processes.
The mixer can economically handle without premix up to 12 components. Limiations are set by the number of loss-in-weight feeders and their investment.

The Perfect Blend
At Enraf we define our blending applications as the continuos combining of two or more products, to a pre-determined specification, during a standard flow process. That process could be a ship feed to storage tank process, an aircraft re-fuelling process, a load rack to road tanker filing process or a myriad of alternative operations. Blending is differentiated from 'Injection' by its continuos feed of blend components, and generally by higher ratio requirements defined as 'Percentages', as opposed to 'Parts Per Million'. The wide range of Parimix IMR type continuous mixers, uses the exclusive principle of central injection of dry or liquid products into the mixing chamber.

Direct Drive Agitator - Air Powered direct drive agitator assembly with 1/2 hp air motor and a three bade propeller to keep materials in suspension even with high solids.
Indirect Air Motor Drive - Standard duty, smooth running with gear reducer, 1/2hp, 15:1 ratio, 20 to 120 RPM. Inc throttling valve, fittings and hoses for connection to air supply on tank lid. Air consumption is approx 6CFM @ 50RPM.
Reciprocating Air Motor Drive - 180° reciprocating action provides excellent agitation of all types of materials. Particularly important for waterborne shear sensitive materials. Very low air consumption
