The Filament Winding DL is a two-component continuous-flow programmable-ratio meter, mix, and dispense machine for filament winding. The DL will supply accurately mixed resin/hardener systems directly to in-line composite processes. It is designed to easily fit into any production layout.

-Feed part A direct from suppliers 50 litre open topped straight sided rums, follower-plate unit with 360mm diameter

-Metering pump with drive unit mounted on follower plate A

-Low level cut off for both components

Viking in-line gear reducers offer reduction ratios from 2.6:1 to 35.1:1, with the ability to handle loads up to 260 kW. Solid input shaft or close-coupled input side adapters for IEC or NEMA motors offer mounting versatility. A second series of offset gear reducers, with ratios from 2.24:1 to 7.95:1, allows rotation of the input shaft to match motor height for easy mounting, while maintaining output shaft height. They are capable of loads to 30 kW.
