| General Purpose - HM Series Supermill - Designed primarily for discrete pass operation with medium to large grinding media size. This series is available in chamber sizes from 0.75 to 200 liters, with a capacity range from about 1.0 GPH to 900 GPH on average. The most economical mill selection offered by Premier, but has a limited range of applications related to the size of the grinding media required for processing. The HM Series can operate well over a wide viscosity range, and is generally used in 1 or 2 pass grinding applications with media size of 0.8mm or larger. There are various options to the HM including stationary front screen, and various materials of construction including plastics, ceramics and composites to suit particular applications. Standard type milling discs, or patented AP type high energy milling discs can be used to optimize mill performance. Continuous feeding- and mixing system convince by its economic operation and highest mixing homogeneity! GCM(Gericke Continuous Mixer) has many references in the food industry, construction chemical and plastic industry. Recently the demand for the Pharmaceutical execution is increasing, as continuous processes are gaining more attention in the Pharma processes.
The mixer can economically handle without premix up to 12 components. Limiations are set by the number of loss-in-weight feeders and their investment.

The Perfect Blend
At Enraf we define our blending applications as the continuos combining of two or more products, to a pre-determined specification, during a standard flow process. That process could be a ship feed to storage tank process, an aircraft re-fuelling process, a load rack to road tanker filing process or a myriad of alternative operations. The proven Lokotrack series features an extensive range of track-mounted crushing plants designed for quarrying and in-pit crushing applications. The plants are built around robust, high capacity crushers, feeders and screens, enabling them to process practically any rock or ore.
Replacing the conventional dump truck fleet with a Lokotrack LT series primary crushing plant followed by a belt conveying system, or with a complete mobile in-pit crushing plant, brings significant savings in production costs. It also significantly reduces the load on the environment.
The LT Series crushing plants can operate close to the face, so the excavator or wheel loader operator can control the complete crushing operation. This reduces both costs and the workload.
