General Purpose - HM Series Supermill - Designed primarily for discrete pass operation with medium to large grinding media size. This series is available in chamber sizes from 0.75 to 200 liters, with a capacity range from about 1.0 GPH to 900 GPH on average. The most economical mill selection offered by Premier, but has a limited range of applications related to the size of the grinding media required for processing. The HM Series can operate well over a wide viscosity range, and is generally used in 1 or 2 pass grinding applications with media size of 0.8mm or larger. There are various options to the HM including stationary front screen, and various materials of construction including plastics, ceramics and composites to suit particular applications. Standard type milling discs, or patented AP type high energy milling discs can be used to optimize mill performance. The basic HM design with Internal Rotating Screen has proven to be a "WORKHORSE" in general purpose media milling applications for over a quarter century

The rotor-stator gap can be adjusted on-the-fly by turning a hand wheel
Changing the gap setting allows the user to modify the shear rate applied to the fluid and achieve the desired process results
Indicator dial defines gap-setting position and ensures process repeatability
This machine is designed to handle a wide range of applications and empowers the user to make simple adjustments to achieve the precise product qualities they require
Vertical or horizontal mounting position makes mill ideal for batch, batch-continuous or in-line applications

The mills of series 2000 have a modular design. Within the construction size the machines are convertible to the inline dispersing machines of series 2000.
Constant speed parameters and generator geometries allow an exact scale-up.
All machines are CIP- resp. SIP-suitable.
Design, materials and surfaces correspond to the recommendations of FDA resp. EHEDG.
There are different grinding tools available.
The drives can be adapted to the respective conditions like flow rate, power requirement, protection type or ex-protection.

The DYNO®-MILL KD is an agitator bead mill with horizontal grinding container. Specially designed agitator discs, mounted symmetrically on a shaft, transfer the energy required for dispersion and wet grinding to the spherical grinding beads. An external pump feeds the product into the mill. Separation systems are available in the form of static sieve with different apertures or as a dynamic gap separator with adjustable gap width.
Advantages:
- Completely enclosed system
- Highest efficiency
- Easy operation and adjustment of the operation parameters
- Optimal geometry of the grinding container and agitator discs
- The appropriate mill size for every application
- Different materials available for wear parts in contact with the product
- Low operation and maintenance costs
Applications:
- Varnish and Paint
- Printing inks
- Dyestuffs- and Pigment Dispersions
- Thermal and fax paper coating
- Fillers and Coatings
- Microbiology and Biochemistry
- Agrochemicals
- Microelectronics
- Ceramics
- Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics

Continuous feeding- and mixing system convince by its economic operation and highest mixing homogeneity! GCM(Gericke Continuous Mixer) has many references in the food industry, construction chemical and plastic industry. Recently the demand for the Pharmaceutical execution is increasing, as continuous processes are gaining more attention in the Pharma processes.
The mixer can economically handle without premix up to 12 components. Limiations are set by the number of loss-in-weight feeders and their investment.
the mixer can handle liquids as well. It is used e.g. for the production of cereal bars.
Gericke has supplied recently a GCM to add vitamines into milk powder.

Today more than ever, product quality is critically important if a plant is to succeed in economic terms. The quality of plastics, however, in particular is not constant due to fluctuations in the production process, this makes homogenization necessary. To meet this need, Coperion Waeschle offers two devices which handle this important task both before and after compounding: the Combi-Flow® Blender for pellet homogenization and the Fluid-Cone Blender for powder homogenization - two extremely efficient gravity blenders which are also ideally suited to admixing of additives

The Perfect Blend
At Enraf we define our blending applications as the continuos combining of two or more products, to a pre-determined specification, during a standard flow process. That process could be a ship feed to storage tank process, an aircraft re-fuelling process, a load rack to road tanker filing process or a myriad of alternative operations. Blending is differentiated from 'Injection' by its continuos feed of blend components, and generally by higher ratio requirements defined as 'Percentages', as opposed to 'Parts Per Million'. Applications in this field include, but are not limited to:
Ethanol Bio Fuel Blending
Diesel Bio Fuel Blending
Fuel Oil Blending
Mid Grade Fuel Blending
Chemical Blending
Fertiliser Blending

The wide range of Parimix IMR type continuous mixers, uses the exclusive principle of central injection of dry or liquid products into the mixing chamber.
This principle ensures a perfect control over the point where the products meet and therefore a unique quality of distribution.
Thanks to this principle, the volume of the mixing chamber is very low, whatever the flow.
It results in low power consumption and minimum space requirement of these mixers compared to the standard industrial units.
The materials used for manufacturing these mixers are selected according to the products mixed (abrasive, fragile, corrosive, plugging, etc.).
Parimix features a wide range of robust and compact mixers for flows ranging from 50 kg/h to 30 t/h.

BLENDCON Air Blender
Homogenous Blending
Dynamic Air's Blendcon Air Blender lifts, turns and tumbles dry bulk granular materials to a homogeneous blend by using the high kinetic energy of standard available plant compressed air.
Available as a Batch or Continuous Blender
Batch Blending - With the batch type of Blendcon Air Blender, materials are blended in discrete batches and then discharged completely. A unique outlet cone valve at the discharge protects the batch integrity until thorough blending is achieved.
Continuous Blending - With the continuous blender, materials to be blended can be charged continuously into the Blendcon Air Blender. Simultaneously, materials are blended and discharged either through a rotary airlock feeder or a modulating butterfly valve. During normal operation, the blending vessel never completely empties.
