iForks, the world first completely wireless scale forks for forklift trucks, reach trucks and narrow aisle trucks. Since all components are fully integrated in the forks, the iForks have no external cabling whatsoever and the weighing system can be installed onto any forklift truck in a matter of minutes: plug & weigh! From that moment on, every load lifted by the truck is instantly and accurately weighed.
iFORKS IS RESISTANT FOR ROUGH USE AND EXTREMELY COMPACT
Each scale fork communicates the weight lifted with the weight indicator in the cabin via Bluetooth. The weighing system is powered by robust, exchangeable battery modules. All electronics and power components are exclusively developed by RAVAS for the iForks concept. Which is why they are resistant to rough use and also extremely compact, fork dimensions (w x h = 133 x 58 mm) very close to those of standard lift truck forks.
iFORKS: EASY TO USE AND LOW COSTS
The iForks weight indicator in the cabin shows the weight of the load on the forks and offers a complete range of weighing functions: gross/net weighing, total weight per shipment, code entry, date/time registration, and piece counting. The indicator can provide weight data transfer to a printer, a data terminal, or directly to a WMS or ERP system, via RS232, Bluetooth or WiFi. The display is equipped with backlight, making it perfectly readable even in the darkest corners of a warehouse or production environment. iForks offers Digital Calibration Technology: via the keys of the indicator the scale can be digitally adjusted, quickly and accurately. Which makes for a very maintenance friendly weighing system and low cost of ownership.

Weighing forklift truck forks of Bruss
The GZW RF-B weighing forks are an autonomous weighing system functioning independent of the truck. The weighing forks can be quickly installed on the carriage plate and are easy to exchange between trucks: signal transmission between the forks and the indicator within reach in the cabin is via radio frequency transmission, there is no cabling. With the Bruss GZW RF-B you can weigh pallets and containers during transport, right where the handling takes place. You save time in checking incoming and outgoing goods, in determining expedition weights and in filling big bags in production. The exchangeable battery module guarantees a continuous use of up to 12 hours.

The truck mounted weighing system enables you to weigh goods on site. This not only saves time but also eliminates the risk of damage during transport to a fixed weighing platform. The system has been specifically designed to check the weight of incoming, outgoing goods, quantity, count components and for dosing purposes.

Carriage scale for lift trucks
The RVL weighing carriage plate allows weighing in combination with attachments, like clamps or rotators: the carriage plate scale is mounted between the original carriage plate of the trucks and the attachment, via standard Class 2 or 3 fittings.
The 110 weight indicator is mounted in the cabin of the truck. Signal transfer from carriage plate scale to indicator is by Bluetooth connection.
Since the combination of carriage plate scale and attachment causes a displacement of the center of gravity of the load on the forks, it is advised to recalculate the residual lifting capacity of the truck.

RAVAS supplies a complete range of scales for mounting on forklift trucks. For simple check weighing, where a high accuracy is not required, there is the RCS hydraulic load indication system.
An oil pressure sensor is installed onto the hydraulic circuit of the forklift by means of a T-coupling. The indicator in the cabin translates the measurement into a weight indication of the load on the forks. The RCS has a limited accuracy, with a possible error of maximum 2% of the lifting capacity of the truck. The system is meant for simple check weighing, such as the checking of incoming goods , and for avoiding the overloading of lorries, warehouse racking and the forklift truck itself.

The indicator in the cabin translates the measurement into a weight indication of the load on the forks. The RCS has a limited accuracy, with a possible error of maximum 2% of the lifting capacity of the truck.

RCS PLUS system
The RCS PLUS is an accurate hydraulic weighing system for forklift trucks. On a forklift truck with a capacity of 2.500 kg the weight graduation is displayed in steps of 2 kg, with a 5 kg tolerance (+/- 0.2%). The RCS PLUS weighs by measuring the pressure in the hydraulic lifting system of the forklift truck, via a temperature compensated sensor on a valve block.
During a controlled descent of the mast the pressure in the hydraulic system is measured repeatedly, the software translates these measurements into an accurate weight indication of the load on the forks.

Hydraulic fork lift truck weighing system MHW+
The Bruss MHW+ is an oil-based weighing system for fork lift trucks with superior accuracy combined with extreme ease of use. With this instrument you will no longer recieve incorrect values in your warehouse and your people can accuratly inform the transport company about the weight of the goods.
Dangerous heavy loads are spotted directly and can be dealt with accoordingly. Safety First!
The Return on investment is unique in the branche - ask your Material handling dealer for a quote. The MHW+ lowers the forks for 4 seconds and weighs the goods while in motion.
This ensure an accurate measurement of the oil pressure which are converted into kilograms.
With a Bruss MHW+ any weight is the right weight.

Bruss hydraulic weighing system - model MHW
The Bruss MHW system is an oil pressure based weighing system which gives a cost effective way to weigh all your loads on your forks. You lift the load to a designated level and manullly lower the forks to a referance point - the MHW software takes and calculates the right weight and shows it in the display you can also use the system for overload protection - an optional warning buzzer stops the operator from handling the heavy load. With Bruss weighing on wheels you are a weigh ahead !!

The RCS-110-PLUS is an accurate hydraulic scale for counterbalanced trucks and reach trucks. On a forklift truck with a capacity of 5,000 lbs the weight is displayed in steps of 5 lbs, with a + 10 lbs tolerance. The RCS-110-PLUS weighs by measuring the pressure in the hydraulic lifting system of the forklift truck, via a temperature compensated sensor on a valve block.
During a controlled descent of the mast the pressure in the hydraulic system is measured repeatedly, the software translates these measurements into an accurate weight indication of the load on the forks.
The RCS-110-PLUS is an excellent tool for weight checks on a forklift truck, for example at goods reception, when determining shipping weights, preventing overloads on freight trucks, stocktaking, stock control etcetera.
