With a mesh aperture of cc 51 x 31 mm, FlexiGuard not only provides very safe shielding, but also means that you can reduce the safety distance to moving parts to as little as 200 mm, thereby saving space. The FlexiGuard panels are available in three heights (1300, 1900 and 2200 mm) and numerous widths.
We also offer a cutting package so you can ensure that your mesh walls suit precisely your particular needs, both horizontally and vertically. And if you require special plastic or sheet metal panels we have these as well.
Simply add the appropriate door package, lock and accessories to FlexiGuard. The result is a very flexible and highly practical accident prevention mesh wall. Similarly to our other products, FlexiGuard is delivered wrapped on specially-adapted pallets direct from our stores in Hillerstorp, Sweden.

MasterGuard
MasterGuard is an accident prevention mesh wall that is in a class of its own in terms of quality, safety and design. The entire system has been designed to create as safe a workplace as possible, even in the toughest environments. The basic element is a closely spaced mesh where we, in the latest version, have further increased safety by reducing the holes in the mesh to cc 51 x 21 mm. The required safety distance is 120 mm, which facilitates assembly in close proximity to moving parts, something that also saves expensive production areas.
MasterGuard is available in height 2200 mm and can be combined with all our other accident prevention systems, even with plastic and sheet metal walls. MasterGuard is available in several different standard sizes and is delivered wrapped on special pallets directly from our stores in Hillerstorp, Sweden.

EasyGuard+
EasyGuard+ is the right choice when you are looking for a cost effective system that is easy to assemble.
This system is compatible with Axelent’s other guarding and storage ranges. The standard doors for EasyGuard+ are sliding door with maximum width 1400 and 2900 mm, hinge door and double hinge door. These can be used with X-Lock or Snap lock. Remaining FlexiGuard doors can be used together with EasyGuard+. In these cases you have to use 50x50 mm posts at the sides of the door, together with FlexiGuard door section (20x30 mm frame).
EasyGuard+ offers easier assembly of the foot, compared to other systems. When assembling, three different posts can be used (300, 1200 or 2300 mm), these will be mounted behind the panels. You can achieve a cheaper solution by mixing high and low posts. It is not recommended only to use the low posts (300 mm).

The FlexiStore panels are available in three heights and numerous widths. Using feet, uprights and extensions, you can then adapt your warehouse partitioning system to suit your particular needs. If you require a special solution, then we can also offer a cutting service to tailor your industrial or storeroom mesh walls to fit precise horizontal or vertical dimensions. You can also combine FlexiStore with any of our door packages. If you want a special colour adapted to other fittings, we can of course arrange this. However, in this case, the same delivery time as for our standard colours is not applicable. Naturally, we supply everything on specially-adapted pallets direct from our own warehouse in Hillerstorp, Sweden.

Heli-Coil® inserts are precision formed screw thread coils of stainless steel wire having a diamond shaped cross section.
When they are installed into Heli-Coil® tapped holes, they provide permanent conventional 60' internal screw threads that accommodate any standard bolt or screw.

This deformation results in a powerful locking on the sides of the screw thread and counteracts the unscrewing effects of dynamic stresses, vibrations and thermal loads. The locking torques obtained are comparable with the values indicated in standard ISO 2320.
The stainless steel self-locking thread insert is recognised by its red colour.

Thread technology for HELICOIL® plus, HELICOIL® tangless, KOBSERT® and QUICKSERT®
For metals with low shear resistance, Böllhoff offers an outstanding solution for thread reinforcement: HELICOIL® plus and HELICOIL® tangless thread inserts ensure high-strength, non-wearing, thermally loadable, high-precision threads.
These thread inserts are also suitable for waste recycling and repair of inside threads.

The Recoil system consists of precision inserts, quality HSS STI taps, cost effective repair kits and easy to use installation tools which are used for repairing damaged screw threads or creating strong new threads. Available in free running, locking and strip-feed configuration, they are generally manufactured in 304 stainless steel, but also available in Inconel, Nimonic 90, Nitronic 60, Phosphor Bronze, type 316 Stainless steel or with lubrificants and specific coatings and colors.

These thread inserts of Norelem are average a rapid, effective and economic to restore tappings torn off, damaged or seized up. The quality of completion makes it possible to guarantee a high gripping force of the screws. The versions stainless and chromium-nickel are corrosion resistant in moist environment and acid. Practical, the assembly of the thread inserts is fast and easy because apart from the tool for assembly, no special tool is necessary; the keys are used as brake in rotation during the assembly. They are available of M8 to M24, (starting from M4 for references 07661 and 07664).

Ascending ropes and hauling systems
Rope clamps are principally used for two purposes: ascending ropes and hauling systems.
Petzl offers two types of devices:
frame-loaded rope clamps,
cam-loaded rope clamps.
For ascending ropes, frame-loaded rope clamps are the most commonly used. They are easy and quick to use, facilitating the passage of intermediate anchors and the transition from rope climbing with a clamp to descending. The cam-loaded rope clamps are recommended for hauling systems and creating adjustable lanyards. Installing them is slower due to the fact that the rope is captured in the device. However because of this, they can be almost permanently attached to the rope. Both types of rope clamps are for use on single ropes.
The Petzl difference

The spring-loaded catch allows the frame-loaded rope clamps to be installed and taken off at any point on the rope.
