The use of dosing pumps involves pulsations. The rule is: the longer the line, the larger the pressure peaks. These may impair the operation, in some cases even the pump and / or the line network may be destroyed.
The PDS inline pulsation dampeners from Lutz-Jesco is a simple and also effective way to reduce pressure fluctuations to a harmless level. Due to a choice of different materials it is possible to ensure chemical resistance even in the case of very aggressive media. As the unit is integrated directly into the line the diaphragm storage is flushed continuously, and extra costs because of difficult installation work are avoided.
When mounted close to the pump, optimum results can be achieved. The PDS can be installed on the discharge as well as on the suction side. On the suction side, it often makes reliable metering only possible due to the improved flow conditions. Thus cavitation is also avoided, for example.
The PDS is needed whenever pulsating flow is undesirable or rigid piping and long suction and discharge lines are used. Its maximum stroke volume is 1,200 ml/stroke.

The Budenberg Adjustable Snubber was designed to meet the demand for protection of instruments such as pressure gauges, where the applications have rapid pulsations or sudden hydraulic shock loading that can damage them.
The level of damping is by the adjustment of a needle valve that restricts the flow, and therefore protects the pressure gauge against pulsations.
This aids the reading of the fluctuating pressure, and helps to prolong the life of the instrument. Mechanical and construction industries that use hydraulic pumps and presses are susceptible to pulsations, and the adjustable snubber offers a controllable solution for these applications.
A unique feature of this design is that the adjustment to the damping can be made after installation in the system. Suitable for all media that is resistant to 316 Stainless Steel.

STAHL CraneSystems's single girder suspension crane needs very little space. It runs on the lower flange of the crane runway which is mounted directly on the ceiling and achieves the greatest utilisation of space possible. In particular in the case of restricted production areas, this permits optimum utilisation of the width of the room.
The lifting capacity of STAHL CraneSystems single girder suspension cranes ranges up to 10,000 kg. Suspension cranes in neighbouring bays can be connected; the crane interlock functions completely free of jolts and knocks. The hoist can travel onto the neighbouring crane together with its load and can reach any destination in the interlocked system.

Sie sind die Problemlösung in allen Fällen, wo das Zuknallen von Türen vermieden werden oder Türen auch bei Zugluft sicher zugehalten werden sollen. Krankenhaustüren, Tiefgaragen-, Keller- und Eingangstüren in Wohnanlagen, Bürogebäuden, die Liste läßt sich beliebig fortführen.
Wird ein Türdämpfer eingebaut, so kann die Tür problemlos von Hand bewegt werden, sie bleibt offen, bis sie von Hand geschlossen oder zugeworfen wird. DICTATOR Türdämpfer fangen sie leise und sanft ab, schließen sie sicher und zuverlässig. Es gibt keine Lärmbelästigung mehr durch zufallende Türen!
Die DICTATOR Türdämpfer können auch in Kombination mit einem Obentürschließer eingesetzt werden. Gerade bei Eingangstüren stellen sie sicher, daß die Tür im Sommer und Winter immer sicher schließt und das ohne Zuknallen.
Für die Montage an Brandschutztüren wurde der V1600 in einer speziellen Ausführung geprüft und zugelassen.
Die DICTATOR Türdämpfer gibt es in verschiedenen Ausführungen. Die gängigsten Modelle sind die Typen VS2000, V1600 und für die Montage auf der Türrückseite, der R1400.

DICTATOR provides three different types of radial-dampers for the control and damping of rotating movements andlinear movements over long distances :
- Radial dampers RD 240/241
- Radial dampers RD 80
- Radial dampers RD 50´
They are ideal for controlling and reducing speed and thus avoiding high
mass forces. The damping of all 3 types is fully variable. DICTATOR radial dampers usually come with a free wheel in one
direction.
The RD 240/241 radial dampers provide constant damping, even under strongly varying temperatures and therefore are the recommended especially for high or varying forces.They have been tested and are continuously monitored.
In addition to the standard types the radial dampers can be also produced according the individual requirements. |
