The Vaisala HMT360 Series for Moisture in Natural Gas incorporates Vaisala's proven HUMICAP® sensor technology.
With three probe designs to choose from, the HMT360 Series is flexible enough to suit your installation requirements. Compatible with most existing sampling systems, it is easy to replace old or malfunctioning devices. Designed for high pressure systems, these probes can be installed directly into pipelines, eliminating the need for complex and expensive sample systems. With its ball valve set, the probe can be inserted and removed in low pressure systems. The transmitter is easily configured, and delivered with a one week lead time.
The HUMICAP® sensors are not damaged by glycol, and can tolerate saturated conditions and contact with water without causing measurement drift. The sensors dry down rapidly after exposure to water in the process or ambient conditions. The HMT360 Series is rated intrinsically safe for Class I Division I environments.
The stable HMT360 Series has a one year recommended calibration interval, thus saving maintenance costs and measurement downtime. Probes can be changed in the field in just a couple of minutes!

Package D-2C consists of the mini-Ligno DXC, the Electrode E12 ,
1 pair each of pins DZ and DA, the BNC-mini Cable and the Case M.
The DX/C is one of our most popular meters with the following features:
-- a unique shape that fits comfortably in your hand when measuring
-- a measuring range low enough to check hardwood floors (5%*)
-- a measuring range high enough to evaluate wet lumber (65*)
-- a bright, digital display readable even in dark crawl spaces
-- resolution of 0.1% below the critical range of 10%
-- 20 settings for wood species corrections including a chart for domestic and tropical wood species
-- a reference scale 0-99 for non-wood building materials such as drywall, plaster and other "soft" building materials. For instance, to pinpoint problems around windows or showers, in leaky ceilings, after water lines broke or buildings were flooded.
-- connection for external cables and electrodes - to evaluate concrete or
reach hidden areas for moisture testing, even behind 7" of insulation. |
|
All Ligno-Scanners are calibrated to give true wood moisture readings in percent and have built-in corrections for different species.
With a pinless meter you can quickly scan a large number of boards, detect higher moisture levels and water pockets. Pinless meters are essential when checking finished products such as cabinet doors, table tops and ready-to-sell furniture, where pins would leave visible marks. Ideal for building inspectors to assess moisture conditions and water damage in buildings, especially since Scanners can also be used for non-wood building materials such as drywall, concrete, tile, etc. |

For measurement of the water content in solid and pasty samples, the Sartorius Water Detection System 400 is the ideal alternative to classic Karl-Fisher titration. The WDS 400 combines three reference methods – oven drying, coulometry (Karl-Fisher titration) and phosphorous pentoxide into a highly accurate measurement technique. Yet the WDS 400 is also easy to operate without having to have special training and eliminates the need for working with detection reagents, many of which are toxic and expensive.

| The rugged Thermo Scientific MOLA is a state-of-the-art moisture on-line analyzer which uses patented neutron backscatter pulse mode ion chamber technology to non-intrusively measure the concentration of hydrogenous material in a process vessel. In iron and steel making, the MOLA is used to improve the operation of the blast furnace by accurately measuring the moisture content in metallurgical grade coke and/or iron ore pellets. The ion chamber in the MOLA acts as a hydrogen molecule detector and, based on the amount of hydrogen present, can determine the moisture in coke. Pulse mode technology allows for excellent stability and repeatability over a very wide temperature range without the need for high voltages or temperature stabilization of the circuitry. It has proven to help steel mills more effectively manage variability in coke size, harsh environmental conditions at the point of measurement and high coke volume. The MOLA is easy to install with no component exceeding 45 pounds. It also features a streamlined design that allows for rapid diagnostics and servicing of the unit. |

Utilizing an Aluminum Oxide sensor 600 times more sensitive than conventional sensors
The 8800 series uses field proven aluminum oxide (Al2O3) sensing technology to accurately detect trace moisture on either a continuous or spot checking basis.
All Al2O3 sensors share the same basic operating principle: the capacitance measured between the sensor's aluminum core and gold film deposited on the oxide layer varies with the water content. However, the Series 8800 moisture sensor employs unique Hyper Thin Film (HTF) technology, which offers three major structural improvements in Al2O3 sensor design.
Versatile Design Options
The Series 8800 Single Point Trace Moisture Analyzers are provided in four compact, reliable designs with the ability to detect moisture from -100°C to ambient dewpoint levels of +20°C on either a continuous or spot checking basis.
- 8800A – Flush Mount DIN enclosure with connections made via a pluggable screw terminal block
- 8800B – Wall Mount N4X (IP65) enclosure with connections made 3 bottom watertight fittings
