Description
Integrated Developement Environment for TMCL (PC-Software)
The TMCL-IDE is an integrated development environment for developing stand-alone TMCL applications and for configuring TMCM modules. The built-in editor with TMCL syntax highlighting allows comfortable editing of TMCL programs. TMCL programs can be assembled and downloaded into the module using all possible interfaces (RS232, RS485, USB, CAN or IIC). It is also possible to read back TMCL programs from a module for analyzing and modifying them. These features make it easy to develop and test even large TMCL applications. The TMCL-IDE also contains other powerful tools that make it possible to easily find the best parameters for StallGuard and to calculate velocity and acceleration parameters.
The TMCL-IDE comes free of charge with all Trinamic TMCM modules.

GalilTools is Galil's set of software tools for current Galil controllers. It is highly recommended for all first-time purchases of Galil controllers as it provides easy set-up, tuning and analysis. GalilTools replaces the WSDK Tuning software with an improved user-interface, real-time scopes and communications utilities.
The Galil Tools set contains the following tools: Scope, Editor, Terminal, Watch and Tuner, and a Communication Library for development with Galil Controllers.
The powerful Scope Tool is ideal for system analysis as it captures numerous types of data for each axis in real-time. Up to eight channels of data can be displayed at once, and additional real-time data can be viewed by changing the scope settings. This allows literally hundreds of parameters to be analyzed during a single data capture sequence. A rising or falling edge trigger feature is also included for precise synchronization of data.
The Program Editor Tool allows for easy writing of application programs and multiple editors to be open simultaneously.
The Terminal Tool provides a window for sending and receiving Galil commands and responses.
The Watch Tool displays controller parameters in a tabular format and includes units and scale factors for easy viewing.
The Tuning Tool helps select PID parameters for optimal servo performance.
The Communication Library provides function calls for communicating to Galil Controllers with C++ (Windows and Linux) and COM enabled languages such as VB or C# (Windows only).
GalilTools runs on Windows and Linux platforms as standard with other platforms available on request.

Ingenia servo drive controllers can be configured and operated through their registers. To do this, it is necessary to establish a communication channel with the controller and to activate the desired registers. Such configuration and operations can be tedious due to the need to use low level syntax and to know communication protocols, etc.
So that you don’t have to worry about these tasks, Ingenia has developed Motion Control Library (MCLib).
MCLib brings together a series of functions and components that provide an application programming interface (API) in C/C++ for Ingenia Servo Drive controllers.
All of this means that MCLib releases the integrator from register programming and protocol management tasks, allowing them to concentrate on final application development.

What is Motion Perfect?

ORMEC's MotionDesk Development Kit provides a complete motion programming environment on any IBM-PC or compatible computer running Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 or XP (Windows Vista is not currently supported, MotionDesk can run in a virtual Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP machine within Vista). The MotionDesk Development Kit provides software tools to simplify the configuration, development and maintenance of ORMEC motion control systems.
MotionDesk is a fully integrated, Windows-oriented "desktop" for motion control. It utilizes drop-down menus, toolbars and dialog boxes and presents a graphical user interface (GUI) to ORION controllers that is both intuitive and powerful.

An index table can be controlled in many different ways. We have developed this universal controller to provide our customers with a user-friendly tool for operating Motion Index Drives rotary table requiring minimal effort on the operator's part.
- Cycle time optimization is a result of stopping the index drive exactly at the end of the dwell phase. The machine control receives teh "enable" signal for the extrenal processes as soon as the dwell phase begins. Elimination of time losses typically caused by mechanical contactors and variable PLC cycle times.
- Fast, friction free braking for emergency stop conditions
- Gentle restart from intermediate positions or from an emergency stop
- Oscillating or change in direction of rotation possible without additional hardware.

The Numatics 14, 22, 32, and 42 Series FlexiBlok¨ line is a series of high performance air preparation products. Introduced in 1997, the FlexiBlok¨ line is made from sturdy but light weight aluminum; perfect for applications such as robotic arms which cannot afford extra weight and less expensive to ship than zinc. The block head design with integrated mounting holes eliminates costly mounting plates and adapters, making the product easier to use and install. Private labeling is easy thanks to the special templates which snap securely in the front and back of the heads. Ultra ISC Tension Load Cell : Web Tension Control
The Ultra ISC is a tension transducer that directly outputs a +/- 10 VDC signal. CMC offers an ISC version for all models of our Ultra tension transducers. All Ultra ISC transducers include an Integrated Signal Conditioner (ISC) that is embedded directly in the "Ultra" type tension load cells. This is accomplished by extending the connector housing one inch and inserting a proprietary integrated amplifier designed by CMC.
