The DT9837A is a highly accurate USB data acquisition module that is ideally suited for portable noise and vibration measurement and analysis. Four 24-bit IEPE (ICP) sensor inputs are synchronized with a tachometer input to provide data streams that are matched in time for field or laboratory use. A read-back channel from the analog output guarantees perfect correlation of all signals in the input stream, the output stream, and the tachometer.
This rugged small module is self powered via the USB connection to a PC or laptop, no external power supply is needed. This makes it ideal for portable measurement applications. Additionally, two modules can be triggered simultaneously for perfectly synched measurements over eight inputs.
The DT9837A ships with a software applet to get you up and running right out-of-the-box. This applet supports basic operation of the module and can be easily modified for more advanced capabilities using Measure Foundry®, our popular rapid application builder software.

Vibrocontrol 1500
The new high-performance, budget-friendly solution for simultaneous measurement and monitoring of

at 2 measuring points on a machine.
Monitoring of bearing/casing vibration is done in accordance with ISO-Standard 10816. The actual measured values are displayed at the monitoring instrument. Any violation of preset limit values is visually displayed at the monitoring instrument and also signaled via the built-in relays for Alert and Danger alarms.
For determination of the cause of the vibrations, VIBROCONTROL 1500 has the functions
• FFT Analysis of bearing/casing vibrations
• FFT Analysis of the rolling-element bearing condition
Up to 63 VIBROCONTROL 1500 instruments can be networked. Setting of the instruments’ parameters, visualization and assessment is possible both locally and through the Internet.
The condition of the machine can also be interrogated online via www from any PC. Naturally observation of the vibration Trend or Vibration analysis is also possible through this connection.

Portable online monitoring system
With the OneProd-VMS portable system, all monitoring and diagnosis tools required for rotating machines are available in a suitcase suited for industrial settings. OneProd VMS integrates the OneProd MVX multichannel online monitoring system (see specific data sheet), a set of quick connections and non-interruptible power supply. Also, the system can accommodate a 15” pre-programmed laptop computer, as well as many accessories.
The OneProd VMS system is the ideal tool when a machine that is monitored on a periodic basis only reaches degradation phases that need to be closely followed up and understood.

TopMessage and TopLab are similar devices and differ only in construction design. TopMessage is designed as a rail mounted device. Signals are connected via clamps.
Message devices can be easily integrated into existing company networks via its Ethernet interface. This means anybody within the network can have access to measurement data using their existing PCs.
Delphin's modular Message devices enables the acquisition of any physical values (e.g. temperatures, pressures, flows, vibration data). Measurement values are stored in the devices already scaled and lineated (e.g. bar, liter/sec, m/min, °C etc.). The scaling of thermocouples and RTD sensors are pre-configured.
A device comprises of 1 or 2 I/O modules which can be combined in any way required. Extension devices can be connected to the basic device, each also having 2 I/O modules. This means Message devices are suitable for both small and large applications.
Each analog input can be separately connected with RTD, thermocouple, volt or 20 mA signals. Expensive measuring transducers are no longer required and potential isolation means there is no need for isolating amplifiers. All I/O module analog inputs are set up as differential inputs.
