Linear movement has traditionally required separate components to handle both drive and support/guidance. The patented Kerk® ScrewRail combines both functions in a single, coaxial component. By eliminating the need for external rail-to-screw alignment, the ScrewRail simplifies the design, manufacture and assembly of motion systems. The ScrewRails coaxial design saves as much as 80% of the space used by a two-rail system and is generally less expensive than the equivalent components purchased separately. The savings can be substantial due to lower component costs and reduced labor.
An added benefit is the ability to get three-dimensional motion from a single ScrewRail. When mounted vertically, the ScrewRail can be used to simultaneously lift and rotate (Z-theta motion). With one motor driving the screw and a second rotating the rail, a compact, self-supporting pick and place mechanism can be created.
The ScrewRail Linear actuator manufacturers consists of a precision rolled leadscrew, supported by sealed manufacturers of bearings and contained within a concentric steel guide rail, driving an integrated nut/bushing. Because all the alignment requirements are achieved within the ScrewRail, support and positioning of the ScrewRail is much less critical than with traditional slide assemblies. Kerkote® TFE coating and self-lubricating nut/bushing materials ensure long life without maintenance.

Rectilinear Motion Enabled With A Round Shaft
The NB Industrial slide Screw is a unique drive unit which makes efficient use of friction to convert rotary motion to linear movement. This unit is a very simple mechanism containing only radial bearings in contact with a shaft, providing ease of maintenance. Even if an accident occurs, this unit slips on the shaft, stopping itself to prevent further damage. The unit is applicable to a wide variety of devices by fully utilizing its features, although while accurate positioning would require an extra control.

Linear bearing Low (LBL) Profile Rail Slides
SETCO offers 6 standard sizes of Linear Bearing supplier Low (LBL) profile rail slides; 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 800mm slide widths. Linear bearing slides are sometimes referred to as "rail slides" as the bearing lines ride on rails. Linear bearing slides offer smooth low friction linear movement in a low profile compact package. Linear slides provide high rigidity and stability and can be applied to applications experiencing heavy loads, moments and high positioning speed applications.

Complementary to the popular and proven PRT Ring Professional slides & Track System, DTS is a fully integrated professional belt-driven track system, and includes a couple of ingenious features amongst its many 'reduced engineering' attributes.
Available in either rectangular or oval format and in two rail sizes (25 and 44), DTS can be supplied as a stand-alone unit in conjunction with the MCS Machine Construction System, or as a sub-assembly on its own bespoke mounting plate. A steel-reinforced timing belt supplier drives an unlimited number of carriages via adjustable pulleys under either continuous or intermittent motion.
Optional features include the Trip Latch mechanism, which disengages the drive from individual carriages which may become impeded, saving the system from damage. Also the Carriage Locking System will be particularly useful during intermittent motion. It locks any number of carriages into a fixed and repeatable position for further operations to take place.
A range of control and sensing operations are available, and the system may be specified with a plain output shaft, fitted AC Geared Motors, or a range of gearboxes for customers' own motors to be added.

With Alurail, BOPLA has developed a modular Din rail enclosure which is especially suitable for use in measurement, control and automatic control technology. Basic profiles, each in 8 standard lengths, are also available.
A spilt basic profile which facilitates PCB installation can also be supplied. In addition to the front panel, customerspecific industrial circuit boards can also be inserted into the basic profile as a front end elements. Individual design of the enclosure construction is made possible by the clipping on and screwing of different module types in various lengths onto the basic profile.
The anodised basic profiles and modules are equipped with integrated guide grooves for one or more circuit boards. If required by the customer, the basic and module profiles can be supplied in special lengths.
In addition to the professional fitting of the enclosure onto a mounting rail ( 35 mm ) acc. to DIN EN 60715 TH35 (prev. DIN EN 50022), the enclosure can also be fitted direct to the wall. The fitting element required for this purpose is available as part of the Alurail accessories programme. As a system supplier, in addition to the matching connector terminals BOPLA also offers customer-specific membrane keypads and all the necessary processing work at low cost and from a single source.

The LDG-S serie of enclosures are fully insulated enclosures according to the specifications of the machinery and the auto motive industries.
Designed for easy snap-on assembly onto DIN-rails by integrated snap-on clip. These enclosures facilitate economical device assembly with optimal utilization of space. For the termination of the conductors of the cable 2 enclosure versions are availible:
- pluggable terminals for easy servicing and exchange (commercial pin headers on the pcb.
- screw terminals for a fixed termination of the conductors. For effective heat dissipation the LDG-S enclosure features a base part with integrated ventilation slots. Closed versions (without ventilation slot) are availible upon request.

The compact terminal enclosure
The CombiNorm-Control was designed to hold double-pole PCB connection terminals, and two of its advantages are its compactness and versatility.
The CombiNorm-Control enclosure is supplied in three widths and, depending on the design, can hold up to 16 double-pole terminals. Terminal sockets which are not required can be closed by the use of covers.
Accessories include lamp guides and adjustment axes for coding switches.
