| The W-518MT machinig center has been designed to manufacture complex and very precise components directly from a round or profiled bar stock in one setup, max. diameter 65 mm (2.560 in), thus greatly reducing the cost of fixturing and handling. A high precision rotary divider, A-axis, can be used for both milling (150 RPM) and turning (3'000 RPM). The back working device allows the milling and turning of the rear side of the part as well as a tool magazine of large capacity (up to 180 tools). This concept ensures a very flexible and high-performing production unit. The high precision divider-manufacturer of spindle - A-axis- is fit with an A6 taper and the turning speed can reach 3'000 RPM, power 30 kW. Machining of parts from the blank is also possible with various clamping elements on the A6 taper. The standard machine is fitted with a FANUC 16i MB manufacturer of numerical control, a spindle with a max. speed of 20'000 RPM, a 24 positions tool magazine, a chip conveyor and a coolant tray. |

KR2000 Series are network-compatible graphic recorders with high performance and high operating function employed high visibility 5.6"TFT color LCD display. Operating principle
Electronic measured data recording systems measure the connected input signals and extrapolate the information required for individual applications. This information is then displayed on the screen of the device and is also stored internally or on an exchangeable data storage medium.
This process information can be stored, long term, by transmission to superior systems (e.g. Professional pcs) and is therefore readily available at the touch of a button.
Depending on the process requirement and application the following can be used:
·Data-logger : simple devices with integrated digital display
·Paperless recorders : the electronic alternative to (hybrid) paper strip chart industrial recorders
·Data Manager : powerful devices for stand alone applications and integration into systems
Common to all these devices is that they operate virtually free of wear and tear (no pens and paper) therefore saving time and money.
By using various forms of interfaces they can be integrated into state-of-the-art topologies for measured data recording and process automation. High resolution colour graphic viewers make it possible for paperless recorders and data managers to be used for front end process sequences and therefore swift on site reaction.

With 1 to 4 line channels and electrical isolation between the measuring circuits, the LINAX 4000L can be used for all standard measurement signals.
The instrument is permanently configured for the desired measuring task at a reasonable price prior to shipment. The professional recorder can be used in aggressive environments thanks to its rugged housing with metal or plastic professional door (IP 54).
The LINAX 4000L records zero-frequency quantities, DC 0 / 4...20 mA or 0...10 V, with an accuracy of 0.5%, and is thus suited for use with precision physical or electrical measuring transducers. Measurement values can be archived on 32 m recording charts or 16 m fanfold charts with a chart speed of up to 600 mm per hour.
